In the store they are amazing Have not had a good delivery experience. Ordered online food was picked up then cancelled and I got no clear explanation other than the driver likely stole it

Good experience in Annapolis! The food was healthy. Chantee was a good server. My husband just wished there was more food.

Terrible management last night, knowing that I come twice a week. They have lost a great customer. The current manager is a complete jerk! The last 5 managers through the years were fantastic! Once he is gone, I’ll return .

Horrible. Just horrible! No one has ever returned my email or when I have reached out to them on all social media platforms. I had no issues the first time I ate here. The last two times I got Door Dash- was the worse experience ever with food that I have ordered for delivery!!! Taco Bell does better than this restaurant !!! What is wrong with your kitchen staff?!! The first door dash order I got, there was a string in my dumplings. Mistakes happen, this last order I got- my edamame dumplings were RAW!!!!!’ I couldn’t eat them! Threw them away!! The kale juice I got - the seal wasn’t sealed properly. It wasn’t fully closed even!! Threw that away! You didn’t include the child’s meal in my order that I ordered. The bag was sealed also. No one ever said sorry even!!!! Horrible!!! Would expect more from this place. You need to check your kitchen staff & figure out what’s going on. Never again will be eating here!!

Raw turkey burger. Pathetic

I came to restaurant waited for an hour and then the lady told me the food is not ready and make me wait for another 15 for the drink and afterwards she refused to give the order.

I ordered a take out lunch and was looking forward to a good meal, but this was the worst food I’ve ever had! My Pot Roast Beef Dip sandwich was just some shreds of meat on a dry bun, there was no horseradish aioli, no au jus! My Mac & Cheese had no cheese, just bland pasta! Who prepared this meal? This food cost a lot yet less care was put into it than what you get at a drive-thru.

This was my first visit to True Food. We had a customer in town for a quick visit. She had several very severe food allergies, so we needed to be very careful where we ate dinner. Justin, our waiter was awesome with going back and forth to the chef to discuss different ingredients in the different foods. Alphonse, the executive chef came out, sat at our table and discussed her very specific options she could eat and stay safe. There were 3 of us total, we each had something very different, I am pescatarian and I had so many options! Alphonse had our meals delivered and everything was absolutely perfect!! As we were enjoying our dinners, Alphonse stopped by to check in and let us know to save room, he had several surprises for dessert. He brought out 3 separate desserts, all safe for our customer and all three were very unique and out of this world amazing!! We had such a great time sharing and rotating the desserts around the table as we shared the delicacies! I honestly cannot recommend True Food enough! I have been sharing our experience with everyone! Please, do yourself a favor and try! You will not be disappointed.

The host working tonight was great! Helped me as I was walking up and gave great customer service. Truly appreciated

Been here several times and I feel like the food quality keeps going down. My turkey burger was burned, dry as dust, and while it said “avocado” on the burger on the menu the thin smear of green stuff hardly qualified. I ordered a side of avocado (because I like avocado) and for $4 they give you almost a quarter of a small avocado. They have decent ingredients just bad cooks in the kitchen who are cutting corners and not upholding standards. They need to fix that. It’s false advertising to say “avocado” on a burger if it’s really a spread. They need to say “avocado spread” or it’s a lie. Gotta be truthful True Kitchen!

Disgusting restaurant, baddest service ever, waited for 20 minutes host, and then waited our waiter to order the food, and then wait 1 more hour for order. Never back again

THE MANAGER AT TRUE FOOD IS THE RUDEST PERSON EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. Food is fine but the drinks suck and the service is slow and rude. Do not recommend.
