Casual restaurant serving noodles dishes. I liked the food here and could fit it to my limited diet.

Went in to eat but there were a few flies buzzing around the sticky dining table because the door was left open. The dining area was uncomfortably hot even though the weather outside was nice and cool. It was uncomfortable and I was sweating while trying to eat. The ramen only had one flavor, salty. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I won’t be coming back.

The ramen here is ok now. I came here some years back and it was better and regular portions, the ramen bowls are half what it was. The chasu bowl was ok ok also, nothing special no more.

1st of all my apologies for this rate, mainly it goes to the guy preparing the ramen not the restaurant, I don't know his name, didn't ask either . Yesterday my coworker and myself stepped out for lunch, and we decided to try ramen, this area is full of restaurants and other shops. And we decided to try this one, however there is another same restaurant across the street, which the difference I was told is the thickness of both, broth and noodles, I know because I asked to the waitress about the place, Im not gonna lie, the food was very good, service was great, the place is small, clean, with Naruto theme for those Naruto's fans. We were lucky that we didn't have to struggle to find parking nor time waiting to be seated, despite the lunch hour, mostly is busy. We got in, and the waitress guided us to seat at the counter, front of the kitchen, I scanned the QR, and order the food. Anyway my point to this whole thing is that, while we were waiting our ramen, I noticed that this kind of young guy cooking the ramen, and between smile-laug kept talking to his lady coworker the whole preparation process of orders while he has the food right in front of him and not wearing a face mask. To be honest I felt that was very gross, the reason is because how many of us, while we speak to someone, we notice that sprinkles of saliva come out of our mouth, Am i wrong?. Now imagine someone is cooking your food, for about 3 minutes or more, and without noticing, saliva sprinkles get in your soon to be eating lunch,. Can anyone imagine eating somebody else's secretion. This is my point, . If we were not seated in front of the kitchen I would have never realized that obviously. I know cooking areas are very hot , but at least if the cooker is going to talk the whole time please get him a face mask. Is nothing personal, just hygiene. Just wondering how many people were there before and after we were there. Good luck. And this might not be the only place it happens I bet there are many more. And again this is nothing personal, I'm just giving my opinion. Personally I would highly recommend the shop if wearing mask or not talking too much while preparing food. However everyone is welcome to give a shot. And I don't remember what I ordered, but is the one with dry noodle and the broth in a different bowl.

My friend and I walked down the strip looking for the place who’s atmosphere we were drawn to and we ended up at Annex. There’s a literal black market right next-door so I had to check it out. Definitely wasn’t disappointed five stars and Erickos gentle and sweet service was a treat. When she stopped by and reminded me to put the hot sauce flakes on I realized I really need to leave them out. Good review because this place is exceptional and everyone here is really nice as well as the dining experience. 5 stars will come back for sure. 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

My boyfriend and I ate here in on Wednesday evening 7/23/25 and both got the Charshu Tsukemen. The food was really dissatisfying and disappointing. The broth was so unappetizing, it tasted like soy sauce, oil and water. There was no umami or pork flavor. The broth was not smooth, it was not strained properly. You could feel the grainyness of it. I ended up just eating the noodles plain, which wasn't what I wanted. Ive had this many times before and it was decent. This time it wasnt good at all. We ended up getting sick from the food we ate a few hours after eating the ramen. I included a photo so you can see how the broth looked that day.

Got food poison here recently while dinning with my friends. The Chashu was undercooked that day and has a strange smell.

The thick pork bone and fish soup has a deep umami flavor and a slightly smoky taste which is unique. A very good experience.

On a Friday night there wasn’t too bad of a line. The wait was about 30 minutes. They take your order before you get into the restaurant so that they can speed up the process. You do feel a bit rushed when you’re having dinner here.

Catching up with a friend and friend’s mom!
We came here to grab dinner.
I had initially gotten lost in finding the restaurant since they moved to two new temporary locations that haven’t been updated on Google Maps. We went to the green Anne one. Expect to be on the wait list for a little while since seating is limited; however, be reassured the staff are doing their very best to ensure customers eat well and do not linger for too long out of respect for all people.
Friends and I have ordered the following:
*Tsukemen Ramen
*Spicy Chasu Tsukemen Ramen
*Spicy Chasu Ramen
* Seiken Aomori Apple Juice
I’ve come to enjoy the Tsukemen ramen for the ability to decide the ratio of soup and noodles you eat every time you take a bite. The noodles can’t get soggy over time because they are separated. It is also easier to take to-go.
We’ve noticed you pay a few extra dollars for a generous serving of Chasu - if you like Chasu, it is worth while. There are a few slices of pork in the broth if you just get the regular Tsukemen or ramen.
The delightful highlight has to be the apple juice - it tastes sweet, fresh, and seems to incorporate some apple pulp! It’s not your regular American apple juice.
We thank the waiters for their patience as I’ve asked for to go boxes and straws. They clean up after you quite speedily, just to gently remind you there are other people waiting.
If you get to sit near the bar area, it is a treat! You get to see how the ramens are made and how they prepare the bowls.
God bless you all!

It seems as though the menu has changed at this location, this location is open despite the Google maps location saying that it is temporarily closed. It seems as though the noodle bar of the same name across the street, that is getting renovations, has moved over to this annex location and that the annex menu is on pause. My partner and I had both the spicy chashu Ramen, and the chashu Ramen, which are both tonkatsu bases. While the soup was nice and hot and the chashu was delicious, the broth could have been seasoned more delicately and with more flavor and salt. I genuinely hope to come back when the annex menu returns, as I’ve seen that this is their highest reviewed Tsujita location for flavor. This restaurant is in need of an update and they should start with the bathroom, it’s not dirty per se it’s just really well worn.
