I discovered this place by accident about 5 years ago and was finally back in town to try it again. Everything was still phenomenal. Chill atmosphere, great host, and such flavorful food that really captures the nature of the ingredients.

Un Solo Sol is one of the only restaurants that prepares food the way that I prefer to eat. I mainly eat whole food-plant based ingredients, and stay away from processed foods. Being vegan it is hard to find places that offer such a healthy selection.
Each dish is delicious and you can feel the health benefits from eating such clean, well prepared, & authentic dishes.

Located in an area of history adds to the ambience of this Vegan/Vegetarian spot. I ordered the spinach pupusa - spinach platter, which came with black beans, yummy plantains, salsa, and curtido. Very flavorful and filling. We also ordered a Nopalitos Taco platter which my husband enjoyed and wish he had more on his plate :) we enjoyed talking to the owner and hearing and learning from the work of art on the wall. We would love to try so much more as we come back and visit! We aren’t locals to the area we live about 1hr plus.. but we will definitely be back since we love finding vegetarian/vegan foods that represent Culture! The menu has El Salvadoran, Mexican, to Peruvian, to Asian Bok Choy, to Curry and so much more -variety from different culture, it’s a unique menu! Thank you! Yummy!

I love this place, the food and people. I've been coming here for years. Carlos, the owner, is an awesome guy. I always have great conversations with him and Maria, the cook she's awesome as well she gets down in the kitchen lol. I truly recommend this place.
