Similar to all the Mexican fast food chains, you have all the meat options and veggies and sauce but the bowl is not very flavorful and the steak was very dry

I definitely ate a leaf that was a little bit rotten here, but overall the meal size was pretty good and the burrito bowl I had was well seasoned.

Waited 40+ minutes here yesterday. I dont think the woman up front knew how to run things smoothly. She had several orders ready at the back but refused to bring them to the front and call them back to back. In front she would have a single line form and customers say their order number. Most of the time it wasnt ready. Then she randomly would call out numbers. People were frustrated and she really couldnt keep up. I feel bad for her but obviously there was a faster way and she just seemed to lag on purpose. There was a solid 30 people waiting way too long all congregated and annoyed. The line staff also looked overwhelmed. There were only 2 women making the food. I saw that my receipt for my food wasnt being made by them until 5 minutes before I finally got called. Very inefficient, shame on you USC. There was a mix of mobile and kiosk orders with no process. Mine was supposed to come with chips and there was none. My carne asad bowl was actually decent but I couldnt enjoy it because I had to rush to class. If you have class dont risk it. I wouldnt even come here of the line seems short because mobile orders come seem to come in rapidly.

The all new chipotle like establishment on campus. It doesn't have as many options for toppings as chipotle does though.
If you like Chipotle, you will be disappointed. There is no seasoning in this piece.
