The versailles Cuban Food was a great super late night bite! After all the adrenaline of getting to Vegas wore off it was 3 am and every other food place in the Cosmopolitan was closed, we weren’t excited for the Henry but were totally wrong and pleasantly surprised. We tried the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, and the California Omelet. Both were super delicious! The best part of our experience was our wonderful server, I cannot remember his name (sorry!) but the service...

This is definitely one of the best Cuban restaurants in Los Angeles. While I've never been to Cuba, I've eaten at many Cuban restaurants. This one is by far, in my opinion, the best. The garlic roasted chicken is delicious as is their Colombian style steak. The rice and beans are also very tasty.

They all do a good job @ Versailles , food is always good. I recommend the Versailles chicken with lots of garlic and onion, the lechón is also good, black beans and plantain are best pairing, got to visit at least once a month.
