The wine bar you wish you could stumble upon every night! Great Persian food- you can tell they use fresh farmers market produce. And arguably the best natural wine list in town. This spot is a real gem. Get the Nazkhatoun (eggplant dip) w/ feta, Ghormeh Sabzi or the Fesenjan - both delicious stews. And their tarts for dessert are excellent.
Vegetarian options: Nazkhatoun (eggplant dip) w/ feta, Ghormeh Sabzi, shallot dip, Shirazi salad (cherry tomatoes and cucumber), cucumber dip
Parking: Their parking lot is just south of the restaurant on the corner of Virgil and Melrose

I’ve visited Voodoo Vin multiple times and it’s ALWAYS a lovely experience, a fave neighborhood spot. I grew up eating Persian food and these dishes hit home! Their food is authentic while also adding unique and “elevated” touches. They change their menu with the seasons and their wine menu pairs beautifully. The atmosphere is romantic and welcoming and the owners/staff very attentive and kind, you can tell they pour a lot of love into what they do here. Don’t skip the dessert! The coziest natural wine bar/bistro with a full Persian menu. Reminds me of wine restaurants from France. Thoughtful ingredients. Quality is a cut above other spots. Warm staff. Everything was exceptional.

Friendly staff, good selection of natural wine, really good beef tartare. Saw a celebrity! Sketchy area. Street parking was not too hard.
Parking around the neighborhood was a little hard, but the place itself is really cute. Food was good - especially a fan of the melon and mousse. The dishes took some time to come out which was fine cause we had two bottles of wine. Had a great time here!

place is an absolute scam – the tiniest possible portions all between 20-30 dollars. glasses of wine nearing 20. they charge 4 dollars for bread but its literally two half slices. stop acting like a french cave when you charging triple what most would with half the quality
LA needs to be stopped
Lovely wine selection and food! It was very busy when we went, and the inside was very loud (I think some acoustic treatment of the room would help a lot) but luckily they were able to seat us outside and we had a great time
