Overall the speed and ease of ordering food was great. However the only "No, No" I observed was when the cashier after handling the register did not wash their hands nor did they wear gloves to pack food. This is suppose to be a professional business establishment with food standards, not some random taco stand pop up on the side walk.

I visited the store on 9/25/2024 around 6 pm Customer service was great, and my order was made to perfection. I requested very little rice and more vegetable and that is exactly what I got.

Restroom very clean food amazing so fresh the store so clean it’s very nice the atmosphere there the new lady has amazing customer service very polite
First time I went the service was good and fast. Gentleman at the register was nice and welcoming. However the overweight blonde girl needs an attitude check. Second time we go in the place is empty and it’s like our presence is such a bothersome to her. Rushed us when looking at the menu then takes my order doesn’t even ask questions like what sauce I wanted or size like the other guy did. It took 20 secs from when I ordered for it be ready somehow it’s so much of a bother for her. Meat was super chewy and cold. Definitely not going back, not that the staff care anyways. Now I know why it’s always empty.

So because I had a $5 rewards, I was given a small piece of salmon.
I ordered thru Doordash and to the least I'm so sick of these places not getting orders right . It's not that hard to follow instructions and double check to make sure the order is correct . But to flat out sell a customer rotten slimy old salad and be OK with it is beyond me . That's a health hazard what if it had salmonella?!! I gave it to my mom she gets sick ?? Like you didn't see or check to make sure the salad is fresh ?? This salad was beyond wilted old it was disgusting slimy green salad that I didn't even get my money back on . Plus !! They forgot the rice ! It's a family feast but all we had to eat was chicken and steak NO SALAD NO RICE horrible !!!
