Every time I walk into this food place, right away the energy is bad, they lag to take orders when there’s no one doing nothing in the back. They don’t have friendly attitude when you’re being ranged up, and they don’t even tell you if you need anything else. They just give your food and walk away…. Bad customer service here. However the food is good tho. Would be nice if they treated people better.

I always come here. They open at 930 am. Me and my daughter were there before 10 am and while parking car we saw male cashier leaving from back door through alley. Back door is opened till 7 pm. It was locked so we thought maybe not open yet. It was. While walking to front entrance we saw cashier walking down street towards Eastlake. We walked in and cook was cooking. He saw us said nothing. We waited about 10 mins for cashier. Nobody came so we left. Why did he leave restaurant unattended? Usually cashiers are on the ball.
I have no words to describe how this store makes me feel, they careless about customer service, always missing something, tried call ahead still get it wrong I'm paying for whatever add'ons or substitutions I'm requesting. Please do something about it. ( just double check the orders before you send them out!)
