The food was amazing. As always. We got a grand shellfish platter that had lots of variety. Unfortunately the service was off last night. They at first brought our main course before our shellfish appetizer. We had to ask 2 different times for tools for the shellfish that should have come with the platter. They totally forgot one of our dishes aside from shellfish. They took a long time to come get my card after the check was dropped. They fixed everything when we pointed out the problems. They also did bring a nice comped birthday cookie thing with a candle. I love the place, the food was great, I love that I can bring my own wine without a corkage fee. Last night's service, just wasn't good.

I have been here numerous times but this was my first time going as a first time mom. We went for my parents wedding anniversary and wanted to take my 2 month baby. They accommodated with a high chair for the car seat; however the restroom had no bay changing table so I had to figure somewhere else to change my baby. I wished there was a baby changing table but now will have to think twice about going.

We love coming to Water Grill and do quite often when we attend the opera or LA Phil. . This was the first time to celebrate a birthday. The waiter and support staff were wonderful. The waiter was excellent and offered great advice on wine choices and very responsive to our needs and requests. Couldn't have had a better time. Thank you.

Our waiter was Emerson. He was very nice very cordial very accommodating. We always have a good time eating there my husband and I like to check out steak places all through Los Angeles. Obviously, the restaurant is not a steakhouse but the steak is incredible. We will continue to come back.

Good place to go before a show at The Biltmore Hotel with a two minute walk. Nice interior. Service was good. Food was very good. We each had clam chowder and the wedge salad. But the loud piped in music ruined the ambience for me. Don't understand why restaurants feel the need for this.

What a delightful place to have dinner before a show at the DCH or the Music Center. The food is always delicious, well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. This is not your run-of-the-mill seafood restaurant. The service is outstanding. You are treated like a VIP. I highly recommend the Water Grill for a HBD celebration or a special dinner treat.

The chopped lettuce wedge was exquisite and the crab cake was extremely satisfying. A perfect ladies' lunch. $20 parking with validation was unexpected and disappointing. Service was on point.

Amazing!!! I expected a great experience and my expectations were exceeded. It was outstanding. We reviewed the manure ahead of time and still needed some time to decide. So many great options. Denise our server was amazing. Sweet and pleasant and offered some recommendations. The crab cakes, oysters and salads were a delight. Main course were all outstanding. Fish and chips, soft shell crab, scallops and of course my choice the Chilean Sea Bass that was mouth watering. We're definitely fans and will be coming back. We left $600 lighter for 5 people (including a $71 bottle of Malbec and a solid top) but still felt we got a great value. Amazing night of fantastic conversation, which we were able to have because the overall noise level was at no point too high despite the fact that just 15 feet away there was a part of 30 celebrating a birthday. What can I say? We are fans for life and we will be back.
