Typical Wendy's restaurant. Food was fresh only complaint were fries were refried, Im sure they would have dropped new ones but I didn't bother. They were still good. Quick and friendly service. Not to crowded and restaurant was clean.

wish i could leave 0 I didn’t even come to eat! i came at 12 to use the bathroom and Tricia locked the doors and said it was closed ? On google AND on their door it literally says open until 2 am. Why aren’t you honoring your times that are listed?
Tricia specifically kept ignoring me and treating me like i was not a person….it was the only place nearby with a bathroom.

Ugh, I was so bummed to get home and see my order was messed up, and the large fries weren't even close to full! Whoever's reading this, seriously, double-check your order so you don't waste your money. I hate complaining, especially about food. I should've checked, but still, the staff should pay more attention to the portions, like they're serving themselves. I lost my appetite, honestly.

I love Wendy's but the prices are very high. It was the better if there are more specials, less price. For the other hand is good that Wendy's accepts EBT. But In & Out has more competitive prices

Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Wendy’s – 1305 N Vermont

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s located at 1305 N Vermont about 30 minutes ago. I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward for a chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, the employee rudely told me I should have “let them know ahead of time” that I had placed a mobile order. That doesn’t make any sense—how else am I supposed to pick up a mobile order if not by showing up?

To make things worse, she told me I had to leave the drive-thru and go back through the line, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There are no signs posted to inform customers of this supposed policy, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the app marked my order as picked up, even though I never received my sandwich. So now I’ve lost my reward and got nothing in return. At least McDonald’s gives you your points back when something goes wrong—Wendy’s customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced, and this is not the first issue I’ve had at this location.

This needs to be addressed. I want my reward reinstated and a response about how situations like this will be handled better in the future.
