They do skip out if you input "extra" anything but that's okay (you will be given only a single piece of lettuce/tomato/etc even if you select "extra").Mostly, I'm just excited to finally have a fast food option within easy walking distance from my office. It's been maybe 10 years of only overpriced restaurants in the area. Having basically only a Fogo de Chao has been absolutely useless when nobody can afford to eat there for both money and time. Smaller restaurants on the block are overpriced as well due to being small businesses. We have Subway but it's always blocked off by homeless plus I never feel like eating there anyway. Very happy to have Wendy's.The fountain drinks machine needs much better routine maintenance for cleanliness. It's usually very dirty and extremely sticky so I avoid getting beverages. I would very much prefer for the soft drinks to not be self-serve considering the homeless situation in the area. Apart from sanitation, it invites people to take advantage and stay there forever.Other than that, this place is amazing!

We just placed an order for more than $40.00 dollars, and they only sent a bag of $11.99, but they charged more than 40, how can that be, and they don't even have the correct phone number because they don't answer, now they don't want to return the money HOW BAD THAT IS, 40 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING!!!WE CONTACTED the Uber driver and she said that they gave her that at Wendys

The crew are not friendly and the lobby, tables, floors, windows and front door need to be cleaned. I never see anyone come out from behind the counter and clean up. The dining areas are supposed to be clean at all times, at least every 15 minutes last time that I checked.

Diner was nice and clean, and it wasn't over crowded. The food, on the other hand, was not great. Everything was cold, as if it had been sitting too long. I told the manager my nuggets were cold. He had me wait for more to cook, but what he did was put 3 hot ones on top of the same cold ones. Very disappointed...

Bad experience using delivery after ordering from their website, the driver is from DoorDash & they had poor communication after sending texts with clear delivery instructions, food got cold & didn’t include straw or right sauces. Really blurry photo of where they left our food.

My other was delivered about 45 mins after it was ordered.. I didn't receive my kids meal but I got the drink, my food was cold, the Uber lady took forever, and now that I'm trying to call the restaurant the stupid ppl don't answer the damn phone.... Ppl like this really grind my gears!!! If they can't do they're service right there shouldn't be working!!!

Great staff. Get food done real fast, longest I've waited was like 7 minutes and only because I had an order of a lot of nuggets so they had to make a new batch. The only negative is the floors and the door are pretty dirty, but it's DTLA so that's excusable imo.
