I bought a normal pretzel because I was hungry, ate it and got a stomach ache right after. Had gastrointestinal problems, unfortunately I noticed that the pretzel was not baked ready. And very expensive for this experience.. :/

Worst service ever. They messed up my order and then made me wait even longer even though my order was ready ??

Just ordered pretzels at The Grove and it was horrible. It took them forever to take orders and they couldn't get them right. I should have gotten a clue when a guy came up while waiting to order and complained they got his cheeze bites wrong and the register person basically said "oh well." Then I ordered 2 pizza twists and the cheeze bites. Only got one pizza twist and a cheeze cup. When we told the lady what we needed she said, "look I gave you what you ordered" and then ignored me. Service here is garbage! AVOID!!

Cinnamon Pretzel Bitz are delicious! Service is great!Only downer is that the caramel dip is 2 dollars for 1.5oz and it’s packed with so much corn syrup and fructose corn syrup and more syrups and then sugar.

Terrible service, as if they don't want to even serve me from the start.

It was the worst food experience I have ever had. There was something like dust on my food, when I saw that i throw away all. Also the taste was not good like other branchs, pretzels were too oily. I will never be back.

Sometimes the pretzels look a little burnt. Especially the hot dog pretzels be it the big one or the mini ones. Aside from that I get the jalapeno hot dog and the cheese hot dog pretzels with glaze sauce and it is absolutely delicious. It's kinda over priced so I don't buy them very often.

I have been by this place dozens of times. Never have I seen any regular pretzels available. Never. Even at off hours were it shouldn't be busy (and it's not). I guess it's a made to order thing where you get to wait.
