Just ordered pretzels at The Grove and it was horrible. It took them forever to take orders and they couldn't get them right. I should have gotten a clue when a guy came up while waiting to order and complained they got his cheeze bites wrong and the register person basically said "oh well." Cinnamon Pretzel Bitz are delicious! Service is great!Only downer is that the caramel dip is 2 dollars for 1.5oz and it’s packed with so much corn syrup and fructose corn syrup and more syrups and then sugar.
Sometimes the pretzels look a little burnt. Especially the hot dog pretzels be it the big one or the mini ones. Aside from that I get the jalapeno hot dog and the cheese hot dog pretzels with glaze sauce and it is absolutely delicious. It's kinda over priced so I don't buy them very often.
