“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “This was one of the bucket list US fast food chain we wanted to visit during our trip to Hollywood and this didn't disappoint at all. We ended up eating takeaway couple of nights in our 1 week stay in Hollywood. We ordered the 15 wings in OG flavour and mild flavours along with the chips. Both flavours were great with the ranch sauce, the chips felt a little average, not much crisp on them. Definitely a good chain and now that they have opened a branch in Sydney, Aus, we will definitely visit again, more frequently.“

“Giselle (name on receipt) which was the young lady that took our order was honestly the best part of our whole experience, from walking in to sitting down to leaving! It was so busy when we walked in she was on the phone taking and order and as soon as she got off she greeted us with a beautiful smile apologized for the delayed and was patiently helping me decided my order because I was being indecisive lol. Anywho we figured that out and she then asked if we were dinning in, she noticed a dirty table and said I can clean that for you and she did. Then when our food came out they didn’t make my order correctly and she offered to take it back, we aren’t difficult and didn’t want to keep waiting so I just asked for the missing ingredient on the side and she grabbed that for me. Now to the food, we got 30 bone in wings, size are good, they were too dry however, lacked sauce on my original hot, the atomic wings my bf loved definitely spicy, the mango habanero was also yummy and spicy. They skipped out on veggies gave us a big container with 5 of each celery and carrots (crazy for the size of the meal ordered). The food overall was ehh not sure it was worth the $65 for the quality. However I’ll say it again Giselle was the best part without her I would have just been annoyed at the price and the fact that my order was missing its ingredient.

Vegetarian options: Why you would go to a chicken place for vegetarian options no clue but they have celery, carrots and fries.

Parking: It’s located in a shopping center area with a lot for parking.

“Most of the wingstop locations i have been to are very mediocre, which is expected for most franchises. But this location was pretty impressive. I usually taste more grease than flavor, but here it is more flavor than grease. Staff was attentive, I was greeted and given my order very kindly. I ordered online for pick up.“

Not all wingstop locations ACTUALLY cook the wings and fries welll done/extra crispy. “Wingstop has seriously been on fire lately! My recent order was the 10-piece Boneless Lemon Pepper Wings, a Garlic Parmesan Sandwich, and, of course, that amazing ranch. Honestly, it feels like the sauces are getting more addictive every time I go—everything was freaking bomb.

First, let’s talk about those Lemon Pepper Wings. Crispy, perfectly coated, and bursting with flavor. Every bite had me hooked. And then there’s the Garlic Parmesan Sandwich—so much flavor packed into every bite. The garlic-parm combo is killer, and it hits just right without being too heavy.

But I have to say, the ranch might be the actual MVP here. It’s insane! At this point, I literally can’t eat anything from Wingstop without it. I don’t know if it’s the wings making the ranch taste better, or if the ranch is making the wings taste even more amazing, but either way, I’m not complaining!

“I had an issue with a missing item and was initially met with a dismissive supervisor. Thankfully, I was helped by Zitlaly, who completely turned the experience around. She listened, resolved the issue quickly, and made me feel valued as a customer. Because of her, I’ll continue coming back even after the consistent mistakes if she continues to be there I will continue to due business with the company. She truly deserves a higher position—her professionalism and care are outstanding. “I've been to every Wingstop in Southern California and this one right here Cooks the best chicken sandwich the best boneless food hands down over any other restaurant in LA when it comes to Wingstop this one's the best perfectly cooked the food and I've been to all of them I've been to some wingstops I grab the food and I just throw it right in the front entrance I throw it all on the floor some of them bad customer service terrible customer service this one right here is the best

“The wings are way better than BWW by a Longshot. My only gripe is the stinginess on the dipping sauces. How does a 50pc order of wings just include a single dipping sauce? Should come with 3 at least IMHO. It's about $90 for that order, you can throw in 2 extra dipping sauces. Aside from that little fail, everything else was solid. I also wish they'd label the containers so we're not guessing which is which.“
