I’m the type person who likes to phone in or Order online and usually everything is always great I always double check because why not regardless, a lot of young and nice people working with great customer service!!! Customer service is very important to me and it’s great always quick and efficient.

When I'm craving wings I'll come in and order my usual order which is BBQ BONE LESS WINGS WITH 1 EXTRA Ranch! Place is always clean, staff are friendly and it's not always freezing in here. Definitely a go to Wingstop for me.

I realized it opened only today and glad I didn't have to go to Cypress Park to get our wings. The place is smaller than the Cypress Park store but I have to say, it was so clean and the customer service by the young lady at the register was on point. The store was empty but I thought it was because it is mid week after the holidays and everyone is at the gym , lol. Or because the neighborhood hadn't realized it had opened. The wings were cooked just right and so were the fries. Not too cooked/burnt. They were cold but I assume it is because they made my order quickly and they sat in the bag until I arrived. Only thing missing is the big soda machine that has a million choices. The place might be too small for that. I missed my caffeine free Diet Coke because of it. I hope out stays as clean, friendly and efficient as it was today.

I've never had an uneatable wing before. Worst wings I've ever had. It's so burnt it's literally just crumbled in to pieces. Plus it's cold Very gross. Low flavor literally zero spice and I got the spiciest they have. Soggy cold frys, no veg at all. The garlic wings had wayyyy to much salt. And I can't even taste the garlic. I was craving wings and now I regret it all never gonna come back the only reason I'm even finishing my meal is I took it home and I spent too much money to throw it away. Don't get a drink either it's super watered down and bad. My suggestion would be to go to the grocery store and make your own food. I should have just ate leftover pasta again.

I went in and the atmosphere was nice but my experience with the food is a 0. I came in for a to-go order of fries and one ranch when I received my fries there was no extra seasoning in which i requested when ordering and which they kindly took back and put seasoning. When I got in my car to try one of the fries, my fries was cold yes, Cold this was not an online order. I walked in and ordered to go and my fries were cold. I was disappointed the fries was not fresh and they gave me fries that was either left sitting out or from someone else's order. Won't be returning!!

I typically order delivery, but today I went into this Wing Stop. The staff was super friendly, attentive, helpful, and warm. My order was ready quickly. The restaurant and restroom was clean. And the vibe was cool - good music playing, the game on the TV. But the highlight was definitely the staff. I'd come in again and save money on delivery fees.
