Words cannot describe how fire the quesadillas are here. We had chicharrón I believe added to ours and the crunchy and cheesy goddess of a quesadilla was created ever so tasty. The lady working the cart was really friendly (I spoke to her in Spanish so I'm not sure if she speaks English but there's nothing fingers/pointing won't achieve). Sooooo good! We had other plans for lunch but couldn't resist and so just ordered one to share. It was so good we had to order another! We had the potatoes and chorizo both times. Even though I'm a fan of trying different things on the menu, the first one was so so good we just had to get another exactly the same! Do you like street food? Because this is the definition. The blue quesadilla lady is a LA legend to the point she's had posers. I suggest squash blossoms and pork for fillings but go nuts. You got to try this spot at least once
