The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Customer service was great and friendly as soon as i walk in was greated.
This location prioritizes Online order before customer walk ins. Waited over 20 minutes for a 8pc and chicken sandwich...meanwhile I'm only person waiting for food in the establishment... DO BETTER

This was one of the bucket list US fast food chain we wanted to visit during our trip to Hollywood and this didn't disappoint at all. We ended up eating takeaway couple of nights in our 1 week stay in Hollywood. We ordered the 15 wings in OG flavour and mild flavours along with the chips. Both flavours were great with the ranch sauce, the chips felt a little average, not much crisp on them. Definitely a good chain and now that they have opened a branch in Sydney, Aus, we will definitely visit again, more frequently.
