Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

This location prioritizes Online order before customer walk ins. Waited over 20 minutes for a 8pc and chicken sandwich...meanwhile I'm only person waiting for food in the establishment... DO BETTER

This was one of the bucket list US fast food chain we wanted to visit during our trip to Hollywood and this didn't disappoint at all. We ended up eating takeaway couple of nights in our 1 week stay in Hollywood. We ordered the 15 wings in OG flavour and mild flavours along with the chips. Both flavours were great with the ranch sauce, the chips felt a little average, not much crisp on them. Definitely a good chain and now that they have opened a branch in Sydney, Aus, we will definitely visit again, more frequently.

I ordered carry out so I didn’t really experience the service or atmosphere, but I was disappointed with how my wings were cleaned and prepared- or a lack thereof. I understand that chickens are animals, but I’ve never encountered wings with as many feathers as my order. It was gross and annoying that I had to pick those off. The sauces were great, they were very saucy (in my opinion a little too much) but that’s alright. I don’t think I’ll order from Wingstop again, or if I do, I’ll get boneless to avoid the crazy feathers.

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.
