The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location, especially due to a serious food safety issue.
Yesterday I ordered fries with light seasoning, and they were fine. Today I ordered the same thing, but the fries came with far too much seasoning, clearly not what I asked for. When I politely requested a new order, the employee took my fries back and put them back into the fryer instead of discarding them and making a fresh batch.
This is not only bad customer service, but also a violation of California health and safety codes, which require that returned food be thrown away, not re-cooked or re-served. Watching this happen made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
I wish I could have gotten a refund, but unfortunately I ordered through the app, which made the situation even more frustrating.
There was no apology and no effort to properly resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Today 12/19/2025, my coworker and I went to Wingstop after placing our mobile order and when we arrived the food was ready. The cashier was friendly, complimented on their clean kitchen and asked a few questions on how they prep and cook their food which she was glad to answer. Overall, i had a great experience, first time coming, explained to cashier this is the best wings top I've visited. I believe the worker was crystal, give her a raise.

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.
