Terrible experience ordering through the app. They deliver the food without being sure and they don't give you the option to modify it. I'm upset because when you call and write, they leave things lying around or keep them and you call to resolve it and they don't fix things.

I always see this place full so I decided to check it out for myself when I got the food it smelled delicious when I got home I noticed that the chicken was dry the french fries were all moist and had no flavor to it 😤
Very bad customer service as it is is hard to park. And when you try to go in and order you get a bad customer service on top of that their place is very dirty including the restroom they need to keep it up better I'm not buying here ever again if there restroom is like that imagine those making the food. Nasty finger foods

Walked in and as i was about to order food as we were very hungry i asked for the code to the restroom as my husband was having an emergency but was told it was only for costumers. I walked in to eat to im trying to order but the order had to be placed first to use the restroom as im trying to see what to order my husband asked if i can order as he is using the restroom he said I have to take the order first but yet im still making up my mind looking at the menu. Why couldnt i order and he use the bathroom at the same time?

I wanted to enter the bathroom and I asked for the pin while my partner was ordering and they did not want to give me the pin until I finished making the order, it is a pity I had to look for another wingstop, drive to another because I was distrustful to buy there.

"BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO T'SHONDRIA & MARIA! They did an excellent job tonight at Wingstop (11315 S Figueroa St) at 8:32 PM, Order #262. They displayed outstanding customer service, and the wings and fries came out perfectly seasoned! The crew, with Marco’s help, kept the energy high and lively throughout our visit. Their enthusiasm and teamwork were top-notch. They absolutely deserve a raise or a higher position, as their service was exceptional. My family and I were very pleased with the experience!"

Placed an order over the phone using some sort of robot..not cool my order was correct when robot repeated got home to these NOT WELL DONE WINGS I REQUESTED with some much grease at the bottom of the tray and to top it off all the wings look like turkey wings BIG as heck!!

I'm a little upset I ate my classic honey 🔥 bbq 😩 10pc almost two hours upon arriving home. However, they were cold and delicious. Expect significant delays on Saturday's, I received my phone order 1 hr. Upon placing it. That's was the only downfall. Thanks Wingstop 😃
