A cozy location nestled near USC with a great ambiance and homey feels. There is an upstairs patio area as well so it's very spacious. I would for sure study here and fuel up if I were still a student.

The breakfast burrito was so so but I'm sure there are other things on the menu that will capture my attention upon returning.

I should have written this review years ago. I was introduced to this beautiful space in August 2019 by the Prickly Pear collective. Since then, I’ve always made it a point to visit when in LA. With Love is more than just a coffee shop to me. It’s served as a community space (for friends and family), a quick pick me up, a grocery store, a meal before a tough medical appointment, a remote work and resting space in the middle of a concrete jungle. It’s literally my safe space (plus they have their own parking lot- sweet!) So grateful for With Love!

Food & drink wise- my faves have been horchata lattes, vanilla lattes, cafe de olla, pizzas, and select pastries from Homeboy.

I was in the area & needed a coffee. The person behind the counter was very nice and engaging . The coffee was amazing! Would definitely come back when I am in the area.

I like going many times but I had to stop going because of the playlist. I’ll hear the same song like 5 times, it’s annoying. And sometimes the music is too loud. But cool place and excellent service. Would be glad if they had a better playlist in the background and I could start going all the time again, it’s a good productive vibe there!

So slow! Not even a rush and over a 30 minute wait for a bagel sandwich. Staff has zero urgency or awareness.

I invited my gf to work and eat here today. We ordered a pizza, soup, and salad. There was only one person in front of us who ordered a latte for context.
Our food would not come out so I began asking for updates on our food once every 10 minutes since it was a small order and nobody had ordered food prior to us at that point.
The third time I asked on updates (30 min later), they had to ask me what my order was.
Once it hit the 45-minute mark, I asked for the entire order to be refunded and told them I didn’t want the food anymore. They never apologized about a single thing.
The only thing they did give us from our order was the pizza, and half of the pizza had very raw dough. When I brought that up, they said they couldn’t put it back in to heat up, which is fine, but I told them, 'I don’t know what you’re going to do, but we can’t eat food that’s not properly cooked.' Again, no apologies. I’m not happy with how the situation was handled at all and very unhappy with the customer service overall. This is very unfortunate because my girlfriend and I were excited to try this place out again, especially since we had a different experience the first time we came here.

I just had the most amazing experience at WITH LOVE LA Market &Café! I stopped by for a banana smoothie and a slice of pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The smoothie was perfectly blended, thick, and refreshing, while the pizza slice was crispy and loaded with fresh toppings.

What really sets this café apart is its atmosphere. They have spacious desks perfect for studying, and the whole place has this eco-friendly vibe that makes you feel good just being there. Plus, they offer a variety of healthy groceries for sale, which is super convenient.

Honestly, WITH LOVE LA is a gem in this area. It's more than just a café; it's an essential spot for anyone looking to relax, study, or grab some wholesome treats. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! The people were so friendly and there’s tons of places to sit - ground floor, small upstairs balcony, outdoor patio with a cool mural.
I’m gluten free and noticed they had some gf options like a gluten free bagel. I didn’t try it but it was nice to see that option. They even sell gf flour in their little market section. Also noticed a good number of vegan options on the menu and in the grocery section - EG So Delicious icecream and impossible meats.
The horchata latte is yummy - iced or hot.
Also they have a little lending library with adult and kids books!
Enjoyed the breakfast burrito and an açaí bowl.

First time here, hidden gem, huge menu, lots of options, fair prices, good portions. Very friendly staff, good coffee, food was good too. Walked around and wanted to buy more. Parking can be tricky but mid morning wasn’t much traffic, would return and recommend.
