The drink is okay

My friend’s favorite boba shop and probably one of the best boba shop in LA.

The boba here is amazing. I was feeling thirsty so I got a grapefruit one instead of milk tea. Very refreshing. The mini pearls are unique as well. Would definitely recommend. 😋

My son and I love boba. I believe there are 3 boba shops in century city mall. We chose this one bc it had the best reviews and I found it first. It was really good and had a LOT of boba in it, which I appreciated bc so many places skimp on the boba these days. They were the perfect consistency and sweetness. Would def order from here again!

Above average boba. They also have oat milk as a nice alternative to the usual non dairy creamer.

WARNING CONSUMERS ⚠️ If you LOVE BOBA - COME HERE NOW!! Like RUN 🏃🏃‍♀️The ONLY boba shop I’ve ever been to where I request LESS BOBA TOPPINGS. They are SO GENEROUS with their boba - like too generous! Typically 1/3 of the cup is boba. I love their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea - all of their milk teas have a strong tea flavored which I looooove

Ordered Black Tea Latte, and got what looks & tastes like straight milk.

I have been here several times, the teas are fine but the service is usually lacking, like no one wanted to work at all. Today however a male employee here was extra rude. I ordered online and went to pickup the order in the afternoon, no employee was at the counter so I waited a while and tried to ask the male employee about the order when he finally came out of the kitchen, and he acted as if I bothered him with the question. He just stared at me and then briefly checked the counter, could not find the order and just left. I saw the order was at the corner where he didn't check, but before I could remind him he just went back to the kitchen, talking with another staff and ignoring me for several minutes. I only got my order when the third employee came out with other people's drinks. There are so many reviews here about the attitude of the employees, and somehow nothing got improved over the years.
