1. Sul Lung Tang 차돌설렁탕
The original, a beef soup made the traditional way from an ancient korean recipe by boiling the ox bones and brisket over 24 hours to make a rich white soup. Add desired amount of organic sea salt and green onion for the best taste. It contains only Brisket.
2. Seok-Eo Sul Lung Tang
Meat combination of sliced brisket, tripe, intestines, tongues and spleen. 섞어 설렁탕 Same soup as #1.
3. Yook Gae Jang육개장
A spicy beef soup with seasoned shredded beef, green onion, sprout, egg, and glass noodle. Egg and glass noodle is optional. If you don't mention it, all dishes will include all the above ingredient. **One of the customer's favorite soup, medium spicy.
4. Gai Bi Tang 갈비탕
A soup made with boiled beef ribs in the hot pot. *We use the best rib, not using back rib 최고급 통갈비를 씁니다.(등갈비 아님).
5. Hae Jang Gook우거지해장국
A soup made with korean young nappa cabbage in soy bean paste base. Blood sponge is optional. No spicy.
6. GGori GomTang꼬리곰탕
A rich oxtail soup served with green onion and glass noodle.
7. Do Ga Ni Tang도가니탕
A soup of kneebone of cattle with glass noodle. Same broth as #1 sul lung tang.
8. Wook Jok Tang우족탕
A soup of beef contained of ox feet. Same broth as #1.
9. Book Eo Gook북어국
A soup of dried pollack (fish) with bean sprout, tofu, and egg. No noodle.
10. Wook Juk Jubsi, Do Gani Jubsi
A platter of kneebone and beef feet. 16oz soup is on the side for free. 우족/도가니 접시.

Parking was a bit of hassle but definitely doable, ordered a basic sullungtang the soup was milky in texture and soothed my soul the server kindly reminded not to add too much salt which I obliged adding tiny amt and leave room for kimchi gakdugi juice I like that I didn't have to drive further for some sullungtang and galbitang

Authentic Korean soup restaurant and most of the customers are Korean. Basic kimchi side dishes and water are served complimentary. The waitress is not rude but I do feel that she's trying to rush me for my order.

Parking: 50 cents an hour kerbside parking

One of my favorite Korean beef stew restaurants. Their Galbi tang is exceptional, and the price is reasonable compared to other restaurants in K-town. Parking space is limited, so I suggest you park at a metered parking.
