This is my go-to favorite boba spot. No one else does aiyu jelly tea drinks like Yi Fang. So I was devastated when I came and saw that they were CLOSED. The windows are plastered and the front patio is all ripped up. There's no sign or info about reopening.

I am a very big fan of fruity teas so I was not disappointed it's in the name. The stores little bit musty but the tea is very good. The devices to order for some reason are really laggy. I got a lychee green tea and I was surprised to find real whole lychees in it. It wasn't overly sweet and it was refreshing.

Drink: My go to orders would be 1) Yi Fang fruit tea 2) Pineapple Mountain tea with Almond Jelly 3) Super Trio Traditional Milk Tea (green tea/ oolong) with mini taro mochi, crystal boba and sago : If you feel like having something milky instead of fruity 4) Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte : If you want something heavy and filling. I recently tried the peach fruit tea, they do use real chunks of peach but for some reason I wasn't a big fan of it. Their Pineapple and Boba quality is really good here. Service: Efficient Ambiance: Some benches are available for you to wait for your to-go orders. Not really a sit down, drink and chill environment.

One of my favorite boba shops in LA! I always get either the mango pomelo sago or the matcha latte with cheese foam on top. Sooooo good. Service is always great and fast. Highly recommend!!!

Taiwanese import customizing boba drinks to perfection. 50% ice and 50% sweetness is my go-to for Passion fruit boba and brown sugar boba milk teas. Deliciously sweet

Yi Fang is a taiwanese boba shop with a kiosk ordering system! The tea tastes delicious. I would recommend this shop over the others but definitely try this one out. i love the Pineapple Almond Jelly boba. The coconut lattes, red bean milk with grass jelly, and milk tea combinations are all delicious. The peach flavored drink that's decaf is also quite good as well. Ambiance The inside is bright and light. There's nowhere to sit really (except for a bench) so it's a grab and go type of spot. There's some space to wait for your drink outside of the shop. I like how no frills it is to quickly grab a drink and the drinks are quite addicting!

Yi Fang is always a safe choice because all of the flavors always hit. I love how flavorful and rich the matcha is without being too sweet. The crystal boba and regular boba are the perfect consistency. Definitely check this place out!

Passion fruit and kumquat, 50% ice and 30% sugar is great. It was not as sour as I expected, especially the passion fruit seed they were pretty much tasteless but in the real fruit it is very sour. Overall the drink was more sweet than sour and the lime in the drink made the drink bitter the longer it’s in there.

Visited Yi Fang while visiting SoCal. The aesthetic of the place is very minimal and Asian centric. Once you go in, you order through a kiosk and you can either stand around or sit at the very limited bench they have inside. The only time you interact with any employees is when they call that your order is ready. The drinks were good but nothing spectacular. I also feel like the drinks were more expensive than other boba places. Now, I'm not a tea snob so I couldn't tell you if the quality of the tea is better than others. So for my average milk tea drinker, it's worth a try if you haven't tried it yet.

Placed an online order 20 minutes prior to pick up when I arrive 6 customers with drinks who order from the kiosk pick up their drinks moments after they order. No one waited longer than 3 minutes. When I followed up during this time the person working in the front had no explanation and just stated "they're still working on it". When I asked the third time I saw her print out and ticket and hand it to the back of house and miraculously my TWO drinks are out in 2 minutes. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.

Decent boba. Got the oolong milk tea with sago, boba and coconut lychee jelly. Also expensive for what it is. Very quick service though.

If I come here, I always get the avocado mango and also the mango pomelo drink here. It's one of my favourite types of boba drinks.

Fantastic! An awesome BOBA place in Sawtelle, conveniently located in the midst of the hustling and bustling stretch of Sawtelle. They have a small courtyard if you don't like walking around while you enjoy your drink. Although this is Sawtelle so you should really be walking around... There is a pad/kiosk for you to enter your order your drink when you enter the building. The space is large and airy. It doesn't take long for them to make our drinks. I'm boring, and ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea which had perfectly cooked boba. There was no line to order. There appears to be a lot of online ordering going on because lots of people just walk in and pick up their drinks from the counter.
