I like them, very delicious. A cup or container for your ice cream varies depending on the weight or amount of ice cream you make, the price between 5 to 12 Dls.

Staff over the phone are dismissive and not congenial--and this is coming from someone who has worked at Yogurtland before. The manager Mariela is impossible to get a hold of and never replies to those who ask for her, despite consistent calling.

I've been a regular at this Yogurt Land for sometime now. The frozen Yogurt is always great and the fruit is surprisingly fresh. New Flavors come in and out depending on the season, and usually offer that quality taste and variety one needs to keep coming back and not get bored.Despite this, I'm a firm believer that the staff and how they present the product to customers plays a pivitol role in the overall experience of said product. And in this aspect, the shift lead Karla doesn't fail. She is as warm & light hearted as the colorful walls and food which she serves. To be honest, after the previous shift lead Ruby had left, a part of me was sad. It's always a shame when someone who is part of the experience takes off! But Karla is doing more than well in her stead!

The workers here is awsome. Very honest people. And the yogurt is great too.

Quality control needs work. Fruits are either too stale or not ripe enough to be eaten. I was served mangos that are hard like cardboard. My advice: taste test your product to see if you would pay for it, if the answer is no, don’t serve it

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One the employees at the Wilshire and Vermont location was very rude since the moment we walked in he didn't even bother to greet us so i had to ask him for 2 cups. When we were in the line there was a homeless guy in front of us touching everything with his dirty hands and eating yogurt out of a spoon that he found in the trash how disgusting! I did not want to make it a big deal so i just continued standing in the line but then i noticed the employee handling the homeless dirty money with the same gloves that he was gonna touch my cups so i asked him politely if he could change his gloves and he got bothered and rolled his eyes at me, i did not want to make a scene so i told him "you guys gotta pay more attention because the homeless guy was eating yogurt out of machines with a spoon he took out of trash and he looked at me straight in the eyes and said "SO? WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? THEY DO THAT ALL THE TIME. I said "first of all thats not an appropriate way to talk to a customer, second of all you work here so you should be on top of it not me and when i said that he just ignored me. I got really bothered because i've been coming to this location for over 10+ yrs and this is the first time i had such a bad experience so i asked him whats your name since he did not have a name tag and he said "Moises" in a rude tone. I don't know if that was actually his real name or he made it up but then i ask to speak to the store manager and the girl was very polite and she said "Im gonna talk to him" but im not too sure about that because by the way he's treating customers to me it seems he's doing whatever he wants in that store and making his own rules plus i feel like that girl wasn't even the manager because she was way too young maybe just another employee that covers up for him all the time. I tried calling corporate and leaving voice mails to reach out to me but no luck so i will leave this review in hopes that somebody from customer service sees it and reach out because i am very bothered with the experience i had.

Let me start off with saying the staff at this specific location is RIDICULOUS! Jose & Julianna the most unprofessional staff ever. So me and my coworkers go for a sweet treat, first of all Juliana is sitting on the customer tables with what seemed like a friend of hers, so we go on to serve ourselves the yogurts, she adds the topping, once she charges us, she tells us our total is $52 for 3 cups of yogurts not even half way full. We asked for a valid explanation on why she was charging us $52 for 3 cups when we go at least twice every week and our total is no more than $22. She then proceeded to say well to bad the manager isn't here and there's nothing that can be done. She brings her coworker Jose out and once we requested a refund he goes to the back and starts cussing loudly. He then comes back outside and tells us he doesn't know how to refund and his manager is in a meeting. When we asked Juliana if she would be there tomorrow to go speak to a manager she says she can't share that information. Once we paid, she threw out receipt in the trash when we obviously requested our receipt pulled it out of the trash and gave it to us. Make sure you see what they are charging you!!! She charged us each 3 pounds of yogurt each. 9 pounds in total ridiculous!!!! Their scale does not work so make sure you double check what they are charging you !!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
