Employee at UCLA this store has thousands of customers the majority are students. Coupons were great at this store specially if you see how they short the bowls compared to regular stores not on campus. The new manager is very rude and posted his no coupon policy when he took over. I'm sure with the thousands of students they get honoring a few Coupons will not break the store.

I hope corporate can look into this and fix it.

The subway restaurant next door honors all Coupons. Great deals at subway when using Coupons.

I’ve come here twice. Both times, food has been up to par with other Yoshinoyas. Customer service has been good, as well. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but it’s been good so far.

Came to order and there was nobody on the front.. they guy doing dishes try to help me but he didn’t know how to use the coupon so we got to way for a cashier to come, when she got to the front give the guy attitude telling him “I already show you how to use them” and start complaining how people always decide to order when she is in the restroom…. In front of me…. Like excuse meeeee. Horrible experience

I ordered boba tea with less ice, got half bottle of drink and half bottle of ice. I therefore asked for it to be redone because half bottle of ice is clearly not “less” ice. Here is what I finally got: half bottle of drink.

Not a great example of a Yoshinoya. The beef bowl chain, itself, prides itself on low cost, good Japanaese food, but this one wasn't very clean. Both the dinish area as well as the kitchen was a little disorganized and dirty. It might have been because lunch rush was just over and we were eating late, but still, a campus restaurant should be used to that. Food itself was a little watery and flavor was blander than other Yoshinoya's I've been too in the US.
