The staff made a mistake and didn't add half of the order, which I immediately reported and they added everything to me, although not right away. when I started eating, I saw that they put white rice on me, although I ordered brown. I immediately notified the restaurant staff about this. I was told that there was no brown rice at the moment, which no one warned me about. after that, when people ordered brown rice, no one warned them that there was no brown rice, but only white. or perhaps the staff lied to me so as not to change my portion. I received terrible service today. by the way, the workers did not even apologize for putting the wrong rice on me.

Ordered both chicken & beef at 11:20pm on 02/17/2025 with a posted closing time of 12:00am inside and 1:00am for drive through. I was informed that because they’re “getting ready to close” they ONLY had a beef. I could have understood this if they were closing in 10 minutes, but not 1 hour and 40 minutes?? I adjusted to their laziness and placed a different order. I pulled up to the window she scanned and used my 10% off coupon, and then I handed her my EBT card and was informed their EBT “isn’t working”. They’re listed on the California state website as accepting EBT, this seems unacceptable to be directing people that are low on resources AS IT IS to restaurants that are too lazy to cook their own menu or get their machines fixed so they can take the EBT card. This visit cost me my coupon and my gas, and I still had to drive somewhere else to get to dinner. Do not come here.

It's been years since I've had yoshinoya. I mean at least 20 years. Mean a co-worker was in town for work I'm looking for a place to eat lunch.

We drove for about 5-10 minutes and what a sight for sore eyes. Yoshinoya in sight.

Oh how the menu has changed from back then to now. Can't wait to try everything on the menu next time around. The service was good the atmosphere was good and the food was absolutely delicious.

I'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

Staff are all young adults there for a paycheck. The dining room was dirty. Left over food on the tables and especially on the floor. Noticable. I dined in, and in the time it took for me to eat my food. Not one worker took the initiative to wipe down the tables or at least sweep up the food left on the floor.

The food was decent, but it was such a poor experience because of the tall brunette female working the front counter, on Saturday 10/5 around 5:20 p.m.
First of all she has a scowl on her face, like I interrupted her. She didn't have a name tag, and was wearing a sweat jacket half off of her shoulder, she looked very sloppy. When I asked for ice, because the machine wasn't producing ice, she asked, are you sure? So I had to go push it again just to prove to her, it was out. She argued with some fellow employee guy, and was just downright obnoxious. When I was getting ready to leave, she was taking the order from some guy, in the meantime she was talking in Spanish to the guy behind her. So unprofessional. I will never eat here again, if this is the type of person you put on your front lines. And I had to wait like almost 15 minutes from my food, there were no customers!
Also, there's a weird bleachy handprint on my cup, why didn't she give me a different cup?

Hispanic man in the drive through window took a picture of my credit card and used it on Uber Eats as fraud. I have reported him to my bank and LAPD. Yoshinoya, do better.
