Today, December 11, 2024, 5:45 pm, the cashier was very angry, serving customers without enthusiasm and answering in a bad way. I asked him for teriyaki sauce and his response was that he had to have none until I told him that if they sold it, there would be no problem and he was angry and angry. He sold it to me in a bad way...if you don't feel like working, stay at home, you should hire friendly staff.

Horrible place. Dirty, foods wasn't good at all and I even after I ordered the ladies wouldn't let me use the restroom. What? I mean I ordered and everything but still, u shouldn't have to order to use the restroom... That's why there's crap and piss all over the sidewalks. Do not go to this place. Not worth the time and a waste of money.

The crew are the fastest crew I’ve experienced. If they have the time they’ll get it done in seconds. The manager has it running great. Just be patient as this is one of the most popular places so most of the time there is a wait for the food to cook because of demand. The only downside is the neighborhood. So many bums and people asking for money and parking is limited.

Parking: If you go during down time there’s always parking but during rush hour it’s a small parking lot for this and Little Cesars which is usually packed.

Ran out of food ....

This is based off of on Uber eats delivery. Still a good spot for beef bowls but this location delivered an underwhelming meal.I ordered two large beef bowls with no rice, milk tea with boba, Tokyo fried chicken and egg rolls. The beef bowls weren’t the flavor I was used to, not seasoned enough but still descent.The milk tea was also good and the Tokyo fried chicken was descent. The egg rolls were probably the best of the bunch.I’d definitely order from this spot again and it would probably be a better review if I dined in.

Terrible experience here. These guys don't even know how to use the cash register. They don't know how to scan coupons. They won't take your order even if they see you standing for 10 minutes obviously waiting in line. Don't eat here trust anywhere else is better.
