This place is my favorite of all locations in East Hollywood. They're quick and professional and always recognize me. Service is great and the portions are always what they should be.

ZERO atmosphere, it’s like caricature of Sante Alley
Food taste and the order takers are the only good ones to talk about, but I can almost guarantee you there’s always mistake/missing in my order, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It seems like the Cooks are very selective whatever they wanna put on the plate , and they always disregard or deliberately forget the garnish that’s specifically requested by customer. I always have to come back to the counter to give back my plate to add the missing item and they care less to apologize. It’s like talking to someone with selective memory (order takers employees are polite enough)
The lobby is always nasty. THEY ARE SO RELAXED AND SATISFIED lobby looking like that any time of the day. When there’s no line or customers most employees are all cuddled up in the counter or on their (cracked) Android phones, instead of having some integrity to the lobby cleanliness or being efficient. They probably have the same lifestyle back home…

This isn't a review against this specific location. I've had Yoshinoya a couple of times at different locations, the food just sucks. It's not cooked wrong or seasoned wrong or anything, it's just nasty food.
Go to a mom and pop, the prices are about the same and you'll get better food.

Ghetto location, parking lot always full because of the other restaurants in the same parking lot. Food was mid we got habanero chicken and I’ve had better from other locations. I prefer the one on Beverly & Normandie!
