Yoshinoya in America retains its Japanese roots while offering a unique dining experience tailored to local tastes and preferences.

Beyond the classic beef bowl, American Yoshinoya locations often feature a broader range of options, including chicken bowls, pork bowls, and sides like fries and salads.

Since Yoshinoya in Japan uses American beef short plates, there isn’t much difference in the flavor of the beef in the bowls at US locations.

For Japanese travelers, it might not be worth a special trip, but if you’re a Yoshinoya fan, the blend of Japanese and American flavors provides a distinctive dining experience that’s worth checking out.

The food very good.
Only the cashier with a very bad temper, it happened that someone took my food when they called my name, I didn't know who it was, because there were several people taking their orders, the angry cashier told me? Why didn't I take the order when I heard your name? Why didn't you tell the person that's my order?
It was today, November 9, 2024 between 2:05 pm to 2:10 pm.

The cashier who took my food was excellent and gave me my order.
We need kind people like him.

The cooks need to pay more attention to detail. Twice back to back I ordered salmon bowl with no sauce & they put sauce on it.

This yoshinoya is so stingy with everything they have. They’ll fill ur plate with rice and give u a few pieces of beef. Same thing with the ginger. The lady who was attending us was nice they just can’t serve larger portions which is so annoying because you’re mostly paying for white rice. oh well this is my local yoshinoya so i can’t do anything about it

not much better than any other regular yoshinoya but the reason i’m giving this place 5 stars is because of the amazing cashier! while his other coworker made sure to clock out at exactly 9pm when the line was out the door and it seemed like no one else was here he literally rose to the occasion and did every job himself. that other guy left and this other dude with headphones on came out of the back and when he asked him to stay dude went to the restroom leaving him with a huge waiting line and to make and fill every single order by himself which he did with such kindness!!! shout out to this guy. he had glasses and curlyish hair and needs a raise for real. i THINK his name was ivan but not sure (not to be confused with his slacker coworker who had a random grey hat, headphones, jeans that don’t fit him, and a backwards shirt) anyway i cannot believe he keeps such a good attitude and servitude up under pressure like that with no support. amazed
