Ramon was the reason why I’m giving 5 stars very good customer service he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied his positive vibe made us enjoy this visit and we never had such good service here before in past. Food was delicious wish the portions were bigger.

Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.
The restaurant has a restroom but doesn’t allow customers to use it, which is really inconvenient. I ordered the beef bowl, but it lacked sauce and felt a bit dry. The fried chicken was overcooked and slightly burnt, giving it a bitter taste. The grilled beef was especially disappointing—it tasted more like boiled beef, and there was even some foamy residue while eating.
On top of that, the air conditioning was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to sit inside.
Hope they can improve.
