God dayum good donuts! Very convenient location near Lincoln l/Cyprus metro stop. Clean shop with seating inside and outside. Open 24hrs too! Awesome!

It's cleaner and roomier than other chains but their breakfast egg and cheese bagel sandwich on an everything bagel tasted like nothing this morning. I should have inquired if mayo is used because it was dry as my..... I added sriracha and salt I found in my glove compartment but it still was dead. I devoured it because my stomach needed fuel but I seriously thought I may have silent Covid because I could not smell or taste this thing. But their bran muffin with its many raisins that I ate a few hours later made up for it. It was moist, honey-infused, with a crispy muffin top. The coffee is always fresh.

The lady was so rude my husband had to use the restroom and she said it was for costumers ummmm we ordering ? Than I had to order first she kept on taking her time to do his drink had to ask her multiple times to open the restroom for him all tables occupied had to go get a napking to clean my own table than she reply that it was only for handicap table lady there was no tables there ? I was about to the point to get my money back and cancel the order horrible service didn't even ask if I wanted someone to clean the table for me.

Coffee was basically hot color water, donut was ok but definitely not the best. And the young lady cleaning that day had a attitude because I said she should clean that NASTY FRONT DOOR , she was all on her knees almost?, cleaning the baseboards who gives a care about already cleaned walls ?!? When the FRONT DOOR is loaded with GERMS from customers going in and out from all walks of life who knows where their fingers BEEN ????!! We as customers have to use those same handles and touch that grimy door full of gross bacteria, germs finger prints when we come in to buy our food, to get our food, eat our food, and make our coffee ALL in which is Called CROSS CONTAMINATION???? !! You never know what is on those front door handles, and the glass doors looked disgusting!!!!!!!! So I was just giving her some wise as well as common sense advice but she responded in a dumb-dumb? Rude Way ?!! She must be the one ALL the BAD Reviews are On !! In the future I will remember my bad experience and try and stay clear of this Yum- Yums because you ain't all that I've had much better!! I normally love Yum-Yums but of course not this one !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been goin and buying Donuts a lot lately, my dog loves donuts but the last time we went, the employees went to the back and remained out 9f sight the whole time we were there. 100°F outside and they won't sell a bottle of water for my dog. They even ignored other customers while i was in the store. Have never gone back since. Sucks because you can't judge a whole store, based on the actions of a few employees.

Not only did this place get a nice face lift, the woman that made my bagel sandwich at midnight was incredible! I hadn't enjoyed a post-bar meal like that in so long, def coming back for sure!

While the place has been given a beautiful make over and menu changes, the quality of the food and doughnuts could use improvement, but then again. It could be my taste buds. I didn't like it. The doughnut was cold and stiff , the pre made ham and cheese croissant was way to hot from the microwave tasted like processed and ham smelled old. The jalepenos were built into the croissont. I ordered a breakfast bowl which seemed like again pre made and scooped out of a bucket and zapped. Yuck. So I settled for combining the two and making one decent meal. It was early morning and entrance was dark. Outside benches were notlit well but anyways it's better than it used to be

I have visit yum yum donuts on March 26th night time. The person in charge of that shift did not want to provide her name after being rude and unprofessional she said she didnt like to provide her name. Working with customers anywhere all the employees are to provide thier names so us the customers know who is attending us. We pay for what we consume is not like she is paying for it or we are asking for the stuff for free. We ask her for honey and did not bother to say wait, or I'll give it to you right now, she just kept asking if anything else trying to rush us. When we ask her for the type of teas she had all she did was to point at the teas instead of telling us. I dont understand why she is still working at yum yum donuts if there is multiple complaints of how rudeshe is and sarcastic. The customers that walked in after us, she continued making smart remarks she was telling the other customers that where walking in "but your not going to get upset too" "or do you want me to do pad you on the head so your dont get upset too". She does not have the minimum clue of customer service. I am very disappointed that management has not done anything about all the complaints about her and she is still there.
