Good food, nice employees but the Los Banos location has issues honoring promotions. Today most locations are offering the Baconzilla at $4, it even shows up on the website but when you click it the price is $9.19. When I went to the restaurant the location had no clue about the promotion. Please don't email me about promotions and offer them to customers if you aren't willing to honor the advertised prices. It's a bad look for the location and the company as a whole.

Who goes through a drive-thru and does not receive change back yesterday my son and I went through the Rally's drive-thru we ordered our meals pull up to the window my total was $8 and the lady a $20 bill as she's talking on the phone she goes to the register as she continues to talk and talk and talk another worker had to hand me my food I then said I need my change the lady comes to me and says I gave you your change I said no you owe me $12 and she insisted that she was right...read full review
Made a detour through Los Banos this weekend during a road trip to see if it was still the Rally's I remembered from my childhood - and it absolutely was! The burgers, fries, shakes (strawberry is wicked awesome!) and now chicken bites. We'll probably plan our road trips around this going forward! YUM!!
