Centonove has become a really special place for my wife and me. We’ve celebrated some of our most important moments here—our wedding rehearsal dinner, our anniversary dinners, and many other special occasions. Every time, the food has been outstanding and the atmosphere has made the night feel memorable.
The staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the service is just as impressive as the menu. I about love this place. I came in my with my 3 year old daughter last night and we shared a pizza and ice cream. The pizza was incredible, the best in Los Gatos in my opinion. They had a watermelon strawberry, arugula, salad special which we got; perfect summer salad. My daughter got the caramel ice cream and she loved it. The overall experience was top tier, highly recommend.

Excellent service and atmosphere every time. Quiet for how busy and noisy the area can feel sometimes. Highly recommended. For me the pizzas can be very hit or miss depending on the cheese levels, but overall the food is very high quality.
With a friend in town [I live in Santa Clara], we decided to stroll the village of Los Gatos on a recent Saturday afternoon. After venturing in and out of a few shops, it was time for lunch. Lots of nice options, but we did not find what we were in the mood for on Santa Cruz, so a local recommended we check out the places on Main Street, which we did. We found the perfect place -- Centonove. The friendly manager seated us at a table outside, which was great, since the sun was shining and the breeze was blowing. My friend and each ordered the Caesar salad -- his with chicken and mine with anchovies. Without question, one of the best Caesar salads I have ever had. The dressing was sublime and the croutons were more 'dust' than croutons, so you tasted them in every bite. Oh, and if you do not order the bread course, you will miss out on one of the best $4 investments you might ever have made. I cannot wait to return.

This is officially my new favorite restaurant! The food is fantastic, and they can accommodate food allergies, and gluten intolerance very well. The gluten-free bread and pizza is so delicious. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I love sitting outside on their little patio. I brought my husband the second time I went back and he also was very happy. This is our new go to place when we want to go out to a local dinner spot.

We had a not so good experience here. Our server was really bad. First, we never saw her again after she took our order, she never came and asked if our food was ok or offered refills on our drinks. My friend had a glass of wine that she said tasted like it had gone bad. At the end of our meal we then sat and waited an extremely long time for her, or someone, to bring the check. She never brought it and we finally got up and asked for the bill at the bar. Bad service can affect your whole dining experience.

Server, Meredith was extremely rude, demanding a higher tip than what we left and rudely yelling at us at the table. She then yelled "you are never allowed back."'
Even throughout the meal she was rude and cold, not wanting to answer any of our questions. She was annoyed that I did not take my card out faster to pay and was aggressive through the meal.
