On a multi week road trip I noticed how much longer their coffee beans stayed fresh and was still releasing Co2 when brewing even after a few weeks. They do delivery and sell at farmers markets with a great roast to table turn around time so you get the freshest beans!“

“Lovely coffee shop in downtown SJ across from the convention center - mocha & latte were tasty and just right.
Space fills up quick during the day, but enough people rotate that seating is available. A few tables/chairs available outside.
Just had Java this time, going to try their menu on our next visit.“
