Fantastic food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I have eaten here many times and the food is always amazing and consistent. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Try there vegetarian potstickers and for dessert I’d recommend the matcha bread pudding. Yummy!!!

It’s great to have an upscale restaurant with traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes in the area. Lovely ambience and service. The crab puffs, Vietnamese tacos, garlic noodles, and basque cheesecake are to die for!

What a gem of a spot! This place offers such a peaceful vibe, whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors. We kicked off our meal with some Crab Puffs, which were delicious and came out super quick. But when it came to our Beef and Chicken Soup, we had to wait around 15 minutes, which seemed a bit longer than what I'm used to with pho joints. They don't offer different sizes, just one generous portion, but honestly, it was plenty, and the soup itself was absolutely delicious. After slurping down our soup, we treated ourselves to two desserts: Pan Kota and Matcha Pudding. Both were insanely yummy and the perfect sweet finish to our meal. And let's not forget about the service – the staff here are so friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Stopped by for a bowl of chicken Pho and a beer for lunch today. Pho was decent but had a meager portion of chicken and noodles and was too salty. As for the beer, I just refuse to pay $12 for a beer.

I was excited to try Hanna Noodle Bar after learning it is Vietnamese immigrant owned and when I dined there I was not disappointed. Their chicken pho was to die for! My server was very attentive and recommended the Grenache blanc to pair with my meal and a pandan waffle for dessert?Overall, the food, atmosphere, and service was a 10/10 ?

I was here for dinner and I had an amazing experience! I had the Bàhn mì Sanwhich and the beef phô(very tasteful and found out prep is very intense, which makes it authentic and more so enjoyable), which was simply amazing. It is very authentic, got the chance to speak with the owner, and got some delightful insight into the food and her background to the delicious food. I'm so glad they opened downtown LG. Service was amazing. My server suggested the perfect combo of wine to be paired with my food. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentiveThanks, I can't wait to go back.

So disappointed. Really was hoping this would be decent, at least? Brand new location, we ate at the original Hana on Los Gatos Blvd when they first opened, disappointing, and havent been back since. We were hopeful this new spot would be different. The menu was different, good. Good location. Nice decor. Ate outside. Servers were friendly. But the main reason we go out to eat is the food, right? We had the beef Pho, and the Tonkotsu Ramen. No appetizers. The Pho broth was clear and hot, which is good. No Pho smell though, and super salty. The Tai meat was ok, at least it was soft. The other meat was tired, discolored, very over cooked, and difficult to bite- like hard cardboard, if i am being honest. We ate @ 6:15 on Friday evening, so it wasn't the end of the night, getting rid of what's left-?The Tonkotsu Ramen... they shouldn't be allowed to use that name, was really bad. To make good Tonkotsu broth you have to slow cook the pork which extracts the "Umami", and gives you that rich, creamy Tonkotsu flavor- The pork seemed like it had been air fried? It was so dry and hard it was difficult to even bite? No flavor whatsoever in the "pork"- not edible, just stacked it on another plate, with the meat from the Pho. The soup was warm, not hot. At least it wasn't salty like the Pho broth. The soft boiled egg was ok too.The service was good. Our waitress was kind and apologetic for the food quality. We explained it wasn't her fault. Recommended the "chef" go try decent Pho at Pho Hanoi in Vietnam Town in San Jose and excellent ramen in Mountain View at Yugen Ramen... even showed her pictures of what good Tonkotsu should look like, since by her own admission, she had never had Tonkotsu Ramen.Los Gatos could really use a good Vietnamese restaurant, in my humble opinion. I do hope Hana is able to take this feedback as an honest critique and change the quality of the 2 dishes we tried and blow us all away with delicious Vietnamese Pho and Japanese Ramen. We don't mind driving to other cities for good food, but it sure would be nice to just drive downtown and enjoy good Pho here in LG.Please, please, please let us know when you're ready for us to try again- we will become your best customers!
