When my boyfriend and I got in, there was no line, no wait, and I ordered a small vanilla blue sky w/ a daily vitamin and added on whey protein. The total came to 9.99, which I already found to be completely unacceptable for a price of a SMALL smoothie. Not the employees fault of course. We waited for 6 minutes when there were 4 employees working and they were all just goofing off and drinking smoothies, while I watched my smoothie sit in the blender the entire time. I'm not one for confrontation so I stood quite. While waiting, one of the employees screamed bloody murder and turns out one of them accidentally cut their finger while making a wheat grass shot and started making fun off how there'd be blood in the next few orders, of course as a joke but that is extremely unprofessional to do. When someone finally put my smoothie in a cup and called my smoothie, we left and when I started to drink it, it was full of chunks. I used to work at Jamba Juice and it takes tops 2 minutes to make a smoothie and have it out ready, we have to always make sure that there are no chunks and customer service must always be the priority. This was probably one of the worst experiences so far at a Jamba Juice and will make sure to avoid this one specifically from now on. I should have looked at the reviews before coming in.

The people are very kind and got the smoothies done very quickly. The place has a very cool mural on the wall that shows smoothies and makes it pop more than other stores. One employee, David R, is very kind and made my smoothies really quick. The quality of the drinks are also amazing. I really do suggest this place.

Waiting a half hour for 2 drinks. They finally check in with me to say they already made my drinks but someone must've taken them. What's the point of taking a name for someone's order if you're not gonna call it out?Bunch of kids working here without an adult in sight, no wonder it's so chaotic, messy, and stinky.Worst Jamba in south bay for sure.Just had to ask AGAIN for my order. LOL. Never coming here again.

One of the worst experinces I've had. EVER. I ordered 4 drinks and before I even got to order another customer was already waiting visably annoyed. After I ordered it took 5 minutes before the other customer even got his drinks. Then to add on to that they put out 3 of my drinks shortly after his then I was forced to wait another 7 minutes before getting my 4th leaving the others melted completely. For 10$ a drink and at least 3 employes being on at the time this service is unacceptable

This is the second time I've waited more than 10 minutes for a smoothie. This time I left after ten minutes simply waiting for a person to take my order. A single star for good smoothies. Probably not a good idea to go here on any kind of schedule. EDIT: They has responded to my post (and others) below. I went to the website and filled out the form? I will update with what happens.

Better communication than most locations. Unfortunately, you still have to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. (Even when they have 4-5 ppl working)

$15 for a small smoothie and a sandwich smaller than my palm. smoothie was chalky and sour, if the mangos are fresh, which i doubt, they are definitely not ripe. sandwich was burnt.

Needs a store refresh. Also, the young adults working there were not friendly or professional. They were more interested in carrying on with their own conversations including inappropriate language.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. The employees don't greet you or offer to take your order, they actually wait for you to say something to pay attention and get your order. Today I walked in to order and the employee working the register (white male, weird Edgar cut) didn't bother to pay attention or make eye contact despite my attempt to until I told him I was ready to order. I had ordered an egg bake and after he used the tongs to put in the egg bake in the oven, he proceeded to clamp them making it seem like he was reaching for the hair of the employee next to him. He kept doing it right in front of me before he stopped to pull my egg bake out with the same tongs. Disgusting af and appeared to be a microaggression. Never going back again.

Never opened on time. On multiple occasions my daughter and I would walk to this location that shows opening 8 or 7am depending on day and they never open on time. Today (Sunday) my daughter and I got there at 8:05am and waited until 8:10 and not an single employee was there. The hours on the window and online show 8am. Never coming back to this location again. There were times they show up late and then request we wait an additional 10 minutes to get the store ready. Idk if they changed their hours and failed to change the hours online or on their own window or just have a manger that holds zero accountability with the employees being late all the time. Just don't waste your time here because Clearly they have zero issue wasting customers times.

This place is so bad. First time I went in here about a year ago, the wait was very very long. Next time, I ordered ahead with the app but half of my order was forgotten/ left out. This added even more to the long wait time. Third time in here, I order ahead. My order was given away to the customer in front of me so I had to wait again. Total wait time was 45 minutes. And to boot, this place is not cheap. Never again!

Literally the worst Jamba. Terrible service. Slow. Workers don't seem to want to be here. Never again.

This Jamba Juice location is losing customers, but I've been coming here in the mornings and occasionally in the afternoons. I don't know his name, but he is an African American man with red dreads, and he has excellent customer service. He always makes me feel welcome. There are times in the afternoon when he isn't there, and it stinks because there are so many youngsters working there incompetently and keeping people waiting while they talk on their phones excessively. He needs a significant pay increase because he keeps the store open.He ought to take over as manager someday; I believe he's the only one keeping the shop relevant.

I have come here multiple times when they have said they should be open only to find them closed. They really need to get their act together.
