Poor service , I waited for 15 minutes to get ice
Waiting a half hour for 2 drinks. They finally check in with me to say they already made my drinks but someone must've taken them. What's the point of taking a name for someone's order if you're not gonna call it out?Bunch of kids working here without an adult in sight, no wonder it's so chaotic, messy, and stinky.Worst Jamba in south bay for sure.Just had to ask AGAIN for my order. LOL. Never coming here again.
This is the second time I've waited more than 10 minutes for a smoothie. This time I left after ten minutes simply waiting for a person to take my order. A single star for good smoothies. Probably not a good idea to go here on any kind of schedule. EDIT: They has responded to my post (and others) below. I went to the website and filled out the form? I will update with what happens.
Jamba offers a welcoming atmosphere, with a unique mural on the wall that adds to its charm. While there may be some inconsistencies in service, the current manager has made significant improvements, and regular customers appreciate the friendly and competent staff.
