This place is so disappointing! I don't think the Colonel would be at all pleased with this dump. I got 2 piece chicken combo and apparently they didn't have a grown chicken so I got two pathetically tiny pieces and the chicken was old by the darkness of the bones. The staff here is also not pleasant. This is not a good value for the prices.

The chicken was recooked , dark and chewy, the tender was good but cold , when I told the cashier who was helpful but the manager was rude and unhappy, she shouldn't be a manager if she can't do customer service job.

I used to go there lots of times when I was younger and made lots of memories with my brothers when I go there I always get a root beer for a drink and it is always watered down but the food was at least enough to give the rating a 3 star.

as soon as i stepped up to the counter i had a bad feeling...the 2 employees were busy joking round and didn't even acknowledge me until i askedif i could place an order...then they took the order ( i was the only customer) and as i took my hands off the counter to get my money out of my purse my hands stuck to the filthy counter.....i told the employee as he handed me my order and he took a dry napkj and gave the coubter one swift wipe as to remove crumbs....it needed more than that....this counter was thick with grease and filthy....the food was just ok...not what i remembered it used to be and the employees were not invested in customer care~

Not sure what happened. The previous poor reviews were justified. But when I went to pick up dinner this evening, I was pleasantly surprised. The worker taking the order was downright pleasant, and I even got a "thank you". The order was ready promptly (used to be a 10 minute wait) and the staff was organized in the kitchen. Other customers were surprised too that the orders were ready so quickly. Also, the food quality has noticeably improved. I'm wondering if this little place is under new management. Hope this is long-term. I'll be back soon.
When on a budge you can find something here and not regret it. I love that I can get a chicken little and a burrito supreme!

Great service at this Los Gatos KFC! The person who took my order has his picture on the wall which was nice.Upon eating my meal, I saw that there was an extra two (2) pieces of Nashville Chicken Tenders in my order!This place made a repeat customer out of me - just make sure you ask for condiments and napkins!

Hats off to Jack Harlow for this perfectly developed + deliciously tasting, limited time spicy chicken burger! I thought the pickles were jalapeños at first, but instead, these are perfectly crunchy and textured so you don't lose the thoughtfully spiced chicken with the effect of more Scoville. The French fries OMG are my new favorite -- fast food hasn't seen an upgrade like this is years! Thank you to the workers at this location for being polite, professional, and engaging.

Place is dirty disgusting and all kinds of wrong ordered food it didn't taste how it should was soggy crunchy tacos and off taste used the restroom as my job is on the road all day and it was just bad bad bad toilet falling apart and unsanitary!!! Will be contacting corporate or upper management!
