I used to go there lots of times when I was younger and made lots of memories with my brothers when I go there I always get a root beer for a drink and it is always watered down but the food was at least enough to give the rating a 3 star.

Not sure what happened. The previous poor reviews were justified. But when I went to pick up dinner this evening, I was pleasantly surprised. The worker taking the order was downright pleasant, and I even got a "thank you". The order was ready promptly (used to be a 10 minute wait) and the staff was organized in the kitchen. Great service at this Los Gatos KFC! The person who took my order has his picture on the wall which was nice.Upon eating my meal, I saw that there was an extra two (2) pieces of Nashville Chicken Tenders in my order!This place made a repeat customer out of me - just make sure you ask for condiments and napkins!
