The one place I couldn't wait to go back to after the quarantine was Nick's. I am pretty devastated to hear it's closed. I haven't found other restaurants with food as exceptional. I have also tried La Fondue, Hero Ranch Kitchen, Campo DiBocce and they are okay. Can any other Nick's fans recommend any other restaurants to try in the San Jose/Saratoga/Los Gatos area?
I loved eating here and when he had Nick's on Main. Great food, great environment and Nick was always ready for a photo with his customers. My only regret is that I didn't eat there more often. You'll be missed. I hope you come back. Here he is helping to celebrate my wife's birthday.

I was shocked to hear this restaurant closed. I loved going here for special occasions. I hope that Nick Difu decides to open back up at some point or bless us with a new culinary experience.
