Tasty brick oven pizza and fresh salads
This place was great! They have a big brick oven in the restaurant, and the pizza was really good. I usually like a super crispy crust, but theirs still tasted great. The arugula salad and shaved Brussels sprouts were fresh and light, really nice. The place is kid-friendly, which made it easy for the whole family to enjoy.

It is highly unprofessional for a restaurant owner to present a menu like this. Perhaps it would be better to focus on making pizza and leave politics to the politicians. This comes across as quite disrespectful to some customers. It's unbelievable how far some people will go to push their opinions onto others. Shame on you

This is our family’s absolute favorite place to eat in Los Gatos! They have the best sourdough crust pizzas-Hands down best pizza in the Bay Area. Our favorites are Margarita, Konami code, Coach Goni, and Scotty2Hottie.

Everything on their menu is delicious. Our favorites are: The Brussel sprout salad- very fresh, lemony, with lots of Parmesan. The Caesar salad is also great and comes with anchovies. The beet dish is made with their hand pulled mozzarella. Our whole family loves their arancini with marinara. We also like the tomato bisque with toast and the chicken wings. They used to regularly make fried chicken and biscuits which was my number one favorite item on the menu. It’s no longer a regular item, but sometimes they have it during weekend brunch.

If you like cocktails, they are the best in town. They change their menu every few months and often have specials.

Because we eat here so often, I really appreciate that they rotate in special drinks and new menu items to try on a specials list. It keeps it fresh and new while also keeping their classic favorites.

I send all of my clients here! The cocktails and food are fabulous, the service is always great, and the energy is always fun both in and outside.

I look at Menu say Coach Roni pizza minimum $17. I called in. spoke with a girl to order. She says pizza $27, and plugged 18% charged take out total $37, she says pizza for 2 people, for 18 minutes I went pick up,oh man, pizza so tiny, and so lightness, opened it, six tiny small slice, even my 6 years old can eat it all, lol, $37 dollars that rip off people lol.

Pizza and cocktails were great! But the appetizer eggplant caponatina is super sweet had a ton of raisins, with none listed in the menu and no warning while ordering either. We tried complaining about this to the server, but that was of no help.

Really amazing, and I think even perfect, pizza. The crust is absolute perfection - crispy bottom, chewy/crispy edge. Really well done! My favorite pizza flavors are the margherita and Scotty 2 Hottie.

The ambiance is nice and casual/fun vibe. Service is hit or miss but grab a beer and just wait for some of the best pizza in the area!!

Kid-friendliness: Perfect place for kids!! The vibe is chill and I think most kids like pizza!

Great food and service! My companion wanted to try gluten free options this time, and we decided not to order pizza, but we enjoyed potatoes, eggplant, and mushrooms. Everything was flavorful and delicious.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. They are the cool people, so when you book, they don't tell you that the tables are outside a community style. After waiting 40 minutes, when you get your table, and they tell you that more people will be seated crammed with you, you complain, and they tell you there are other places in town for you if you don't like it. They don't give a shit about you. They are the cool crowd. Nevermind that you have been eating there for the last X years and always been a good tipper. You don;t get be part of the cool people. FUBAR.

This is gonna be the best pizza establishment in the entire Bay Area Peninsula. They offer absolutely delicious, woodfired pizza, amazing cocktails, and a great experience all around. The highlight here is definitely the pizza and the location is in downtown Los Gatos. There is some beautiful outdoor and indoor seating as well.

The pizza was absolutely amazing. We ended up getting a barbecue chicken pizza which had a sauce that was made out of a mustard and barbecue base. It was incredible. We chopped it off with the draft beer, and I got an oak and rye cocktail, which was absolutely to die for.

The prices here are fair and the service is fast. From the moment we sat down we were served in about three minutes and our food came out in about 15. We had enough time to drink, relax, and wait for the amazing food.

The service was friendly, we were able to find seats very easily, and it was just an overall good experience.

I’m I’m adding this to my list of the best pizza in the Bay Area by far

Our out-of-town guests really loved Oak & Rye! We shared an arugula salad and Brussels sprout salad to start, and they couldn’t believe how delicious Brussels sprouts could be—with a lemon dressing and finely grated parmesan, it was an absolute treat.

Then came the pizzas - five between six of us, and it was spot-on. Our guests were especially chuffed with the Scotty to Hottie and Loverboy pizzas; they couldn’t stop talking about how brilliant they tasted. The cocktails and AF IPA were fresh and full of zest, making for a lovely evening. Oak & Rye is officially our go-to in Los Gatos for pizza (and when we want to impress visitors!).
