I had an issue with an order on 8/23 and requested a refund of $135. I only received a refund of $110. I will gladly take this review down when I receive the additional $25 refund. I emailed the owner/management in trying to get resolution on my issues and only got partial resolution.

What I will say is that the comment by another reviewer that their product is “wildly inconsistent” is completely valid.

I ordered 3 cakes three weeks in a row. The first cake on 8/16 was spot-on and perfect. No issues.

The second cake on 8/23 was supposed to be 8” but they tried to give me a 6” cake because they accidentally made the wrong size. They also forgot to make the cake and didn’t have it ready until just 2 hours before my party. I ended up accepting an alternate cake that was less value. I paid $110 for an $85 cake and I want a refund for $25.

I cancelled my order for 8/30 after this ordeal and did get a refund for the final cake.

I’m not trying to say I should pay $0 for the 8/23 cake, I just want a refund for the difference in value of the actual goods received. This is reasonable.

Picture so you can see the disaster they ended up giving me on 8/23. My partner says I should ask for the entire $110 back since we didn’t get the vegan cake we ordered but again… I’m trying to be reasonable here.

Dealing with re-decorating this cake an hour before my baby shower was definitely not the highlight of my celebration.

I got a blueberry muffin and it was one of the best blueberry muffin I’ve ever had. I’d recommend to go early because they do sell quickly and it’s part of a restaurant so the bakery section is small.

I stopped here this morning just to get some GF food. I have never been here before and heard about it from a coworker and wanted to try it.
The bakery is inside of the Polenteria restaurant (see pic for guidance to the entrance). The closest parking is the lot surrounding Victory Lane. I was able to find a spot when I arrived around 11 am Thursday even though it was fairly full.
I checked the restaurants menu when I got home and found out it had an 'entire gluten free Italian menu'. Now I have to go back for dinner sometime.
I got a 3 pack of Jalapeno bagels for $12, 2 large cookies at $5 each, and a brownie for $9. It was pricier than another GF bakery I had recently visited in another town.

Over an hour left until closing and the menu was taken away from us and we were told the kitchen was closed (right after people in front of us had ordered and we were in line for quite some time). Never returning..

Note: The bakery has moved to the same place as Polenteria which is just down the street.

This is an excellent gluten free bakery! The muffins, donuts, and overall baked goods are always good. They have some vegan options as well though these are mostly constrained to their bread. They also offer espresso and other coffee drinks (Matcha coming soon). Would definitely recommend. Make sure to come early morning as most baked goods are sold out closer to their closing time.

Stopped in on a Monday morning for snacks and focaccia - yum! The cinnamon roll is a star and doesn't have the grainy texture of so many non-wheat baked goods. It's spongy and cinnamon-y in the best way. Loved the atmosphere and wished we'd had time for a coffee drink and some reading - seating inside and out.

I found a fingernail in the cheese of one of the small pizzas they sell. Absolutely nasty, I am never going or buying anything from there again.

Wildly inconsistent. You can go back and get the same item and it will be completely different. Got the banana loaf and it was amazing and went today and it tastes like soap. Got the carrot cake a few weeks back and it was delicious! Especially the cream cheese frosting! Got it a few days later and it was tiny and the creamy cheese frosting had no flavor and neither did the carrot cake. The donuts always taste stale. The cinnamon rolls always change but they always taste really good! But those sell out quickly.

Super awesome find! I wish there were more dairy free options (everything is gluten free), but the lady behind the counter this morning was amazing and was able to guide me through their options. I had a chocolate glazed donut and it was, by far, the BEST donut I've had since childhood when I could eat them. Oat milk latte was great too. And the lady behind the counter this morning was super friendly and helpful, even opened the door for me when she saw my hands were full. If I'm in Los Gatos again I'm definitely coming back. Excellent bakery for gluten free and non gluten free baked goods fans!!

So good! The focaccia was unbelievably light and fluffy, and the white loaf made excellent sandwiches for a few days. Staff were so kind as well. An excellent bakery, will have to go back to the the rest of their goodies!!!
