Very friendly staff! The pasta is extremely well cooked and delicious. I would highly recommend splitting the entree with your partner and ordering a additional side or appetizer as the portion size is larger than you would expect. The garlic bread with cheese is very crispy and good, would recommend! Desert is also top notch, so if you aren’t full, the ice cream is really good.
I've only been in the US for a couple of months, let alone just a few weeks in California. My cousin told me about The Pastaria & Market, how it brought him back to a childhood place that served some of the best aglio olio he's ever had. The look in his eyes alone told me I had to come here at least once. I can't say I find myself having any regrets about making that decision.
