This neighborhood restaurant is a pleasant place to dine or just stop in for a drink and appetizer at the bar. It's clean and attractive and the atmosphere is lively and friendly. The noise level can be substantial, so best to go early or late when the rooms are less full. We have only dined at Viva on the evenings when the combo "Med's Mood Swings" plays. We had reservations for Valentines Day somewhere else farther away... but couldn't make it...so stopped by Vivas to see if we could save Valentines Day...they accommodated us without reservation.The food was amazing!Made our Valentines Day awsome!

Good food and service. Bathrooms were terrible, one toilet were clogged. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Nice location but outside sign makes it hard to find even though it is right in front of you. Other bathroom ran out of toilet paper, I was told. Parking was easy. Great desert, the raspberry chocolate tort was the best I have had in years.
