The tamales from Tamales Colima are delicious. I admit I have only had the jalapeño and cheese and the chicken in red sauce. But they were both very good. The masa was moist and spongy and plenty of filling in the inside. I definitely recommend and the drive to Los Molinos is well worth it.
I have been working in Los Mos for years on and off and this building is now a tamale company. And that's it. Nothing fancy. That's not why you are here. Multiple tamale combos including a vegetarian option. $2.50 ea hot. $14/6 frozen. $24/12 frozen. I got 6 Pork/SalsaVerde frozen and went home. Steamed all 6 in an Instant Pot for 45 min and done.
