Overall a lovely dinner for 8 Extremely attentive and professional staff Presentation and service were excellent Food was fantastic Dessert took a long time to be served Reservation made on Open Table was difficult to modify with the restaurant - it took 5 phone calls over two days with messages left on voice mail and with the front desk staff to modify the reservation Noise level in the restaurant was almost overwhelming and conversation was difficult
Had an okay experience. Venue was nice but service was not as great as I've experienced at other Auberge properties (ie Auberge du Soleil, Stanly Ranch). We arrived a little early and made to wait in the bar, but when we were eventually sat, half the restaurant was empty. Others without reservations were made to wait as well, and we saw tables that could have accommodate others without reservations remain unoccupied the entire time (hour and half) that we were there. The service and wine was exceptional. The kale salad was fluffy and delicious. The French fries always having me returning. I didn't love the onions in the onion dip being raw. I would have rather they were carmelized. It was winter and a little chilly by the windows even indoors. Very enjoyable evening. I also like eating in the bar because it is cozier and has a really unique ambiance.
