Best taco truck/ mexican food in Lake county. One of my favorites Coming from the Bay Area its hard to find authentic flavor. Love how they let you get your own salsa and peppers. This place is a hidden gem.

I'm loyal to two other Mexican eateries, but wanted to give Las Cazuelas a chance. but the fajitas were $30! So I chose another plate, which was $20 on the menu. The bill was for $22 plus $2 tax. I told her this that's a few dollars more than the menu price, but she said the extra is tax. I said, the extra $2 is deceptive pricing, the menu price should be what's charged. I picked up the to-go, then had to ask for chips (which were good). I gave them a chance!

So I've been past las cazuelas quite a few times. It seems like they are always busy but this time not so much so I pulled in off the highway to get some lunch. I will say the food quality is good. The burrito that I had was very large and very tasty.The homemade avocado salsa and red salsa was very good. I also got the tacos adobada which you don't always see around here and they were very tasty as well. I give them. Kudos for using the small flower tortillas rather than the typical corn Tortillas I see around here. The marinated pork for the tacos had good flavor in spice but not overwhelming... Now since this is a taco truck. I would consider it fast food but the quality is much better. The service was good and for being outside they did provide places to set and wait... My only real complaints is prices for 2 tacos an a burrito. It was like $24.00 I don't usually mind paying a little more for good quality food but it did seem like much. I do recommend them and I would say compared to other Mexican food trucks in Lake county they are on the top tier.

There's nothing better than a taco with a tortilla handmade right in front of you some of the best tortillas I've ever had this is definitely the best Mexican food as of 2023 in Lake County it's a little bit on the higher end as far as price but the portions are really big I usually get four tacos whenever I stop at a taco truck two tacos from this place will easily have you feeling full I highly recommend this taco truck and the langua taco ? it's amazing and they have quit a few salsas on site they are all delicious ?

First time at Las Cazuelas, you have to go! Great spot, with amazing food. The super burrito and taco de Al pastor are FIRE! Service was great, and so amazing. I'll definitely be back again.
I ate here because my son and I went to Dollar Tree and it was next door. I ordered a margarita and when I noticed I couldn't taste the tequila she said it wasn't tequila and it was agave wine. When I asked her for a discount because I wasn't noticed in advance that it didn't have tequila the server said I put extra agave wine to make up for it and refused to budge. That's not how you get return customers but overcharging them for fake margaritas!

Warm, fresh and delicious! Stopped here on our way north around 3 pm on Friday. The restaurant was quiet and welcoming. We ordered alambre con nopal and these tacos, both meals hit the spot. Will definitely remember this restaurant for future trips.
