Asked for them to substitute lettuce for arugula on one of my sandwiches. Refused to substitute it - every other Deli Delicious I’ve been to has had no issue doing this. I’m already paying like $18 on a sandwich, you really can’t sub one type of green for another? Customer Service should be your #1 priority. Better training please, specially given how expensive these sandwiches are.
