Starbucks Coffee Company offers great coffee and is appreciated by many customers for its excellent service, especially from the barista named Ramon. However, it is somewhat hidden and not well advertised, making it easy to miss. While some drinks are praised, there are concerns about service speed and staff attention, as one customer experienced a long wait with little acknowledgment. Additionally, some feel the quality of coffee and food does not match the prices, leading them to prefer local coffee shops over corporate chains.
