I never write reviews but I have never finished a chipotle bowl in my life—this is the first one I have finished and remained hungry after. the portions were so small—the guacamole was one chunk. I genuinely am so sad I live here and this is my only chipotle cause it’s AWFUL.

Chipotle is our go to place for lunch. We've been to Chipotle restaurants all throughout California and this restaurant is the worst restaurant I've been to. There are McDonald's restaurants that offer better service and better food portions. Customer service is way below average. This location doesn't represent the Chipotle brand in a good way. Management and ownership need to consider improving.

staff was very nice to the people in front of me and then when i started working they gave me attitude and i couldn’t even continue ordering because of how rude he was to me. ruined my appetite. customer service here really lacks.

Employees were really rude and right when I entered I felt a bad atmosphere ,no welcome just attitude straight away . To top it off the portion sizes were super small as compared to other chipotle’s, the standard is 4 ounces but this was way below it ,super disappointing.

Worst portions I’ve ever seen, barely half my bowl was filled. I feel sorry for those employees, the whole store was crowded and nearly in shambles. It was a mess. This was definitely my worst chipotle experience ever. The food tasted good but definitely not worth returning to.

As we arrived, one of the employees was arriving too and pushed me aside as I was entering. Then we waited to be served as two employees were busy chopping etc. When we Were finally acknowledged, a woman came up and just stared at us with a blank stare. We then told her what we wanted.. she, as if it was bothering her .. started to fill the order. We left .. walked down the sidewalk a few yards and found a wonderful little sushi restaurant with wonderful people and a wonderful vibe.

Staff member working the register refused to serve me amd wouldn't respond to anything I asked, after getting the attention of someone else who kept making vague apologies, I was made a burrito, and then I had to wait for everyone else behind me in line to go through before I could get it because the cashier was just glaring daggers at me and refusing to serve. Stop it with your stupid bigotry

Restaurantji Recommends
The man serving me was painfully high the entire time and working so slowly it took me 12 minutes to get a kids quesadilla
I came in hungry and left the same way.
Portion size are ridiculous!! When i asked for some more rice, he only add a couple of grains of rice!
Rude & stingy! Don't make the same mistake as i did coming here. Spend your money somewhere else.
