Absolutely bonkers experience. Walked in, no one was there, waited for awhile hearing lots of scuffles and disagreements in the back. Aura was off the charts (downwards). Didn’t realize we were in a steak recession. Once food was finally completed in the assembly line, took another multiple minutes for another worker to come for us to pay. I respect the workers but this chipper needs some love.

I only eat Chipotle when I know I have the next two days off, because I know I will be on the toilet 🚽 for said two days. Why is that? Seed oils or? 🤔 Upside: tastes good. Downside, $20 for a burrito 🌯 and new toilet $200.

Chipotle Malibu Village is always a quick, reliable stop when you need something fast and fresh in the center of town. The dining room and outdoor patio were clean during my visit, and the team behind the counter moved efficiently.
Parking is plentiful in Malibu Village, which makes grabbing a bowl or burrito here very easy. The interior is open and modern, and the shaded outdoor seating is perfect if you want to stay and enjoy the sunshine without the coastal wind.
Convenient, consistent, and great location in the heart of Malibu.

My bowl today was perfect! I got the tender barbacoa with brown rice, black beans, sweet corn, fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and cheese. It was a delicious, hearty, and satisfying meal. The combination of flavors and textures was amazing. Always a reliable choice for a quick and tasty lunch!
Normal chipotle quality (which is good, this at least 2 stars) with so little food served it hurt. Will probably have to grab second dinner :(

I never write reviews but I have never finished a chipotle bowl in my life—this is the first one I have finished and remained hungry after. the portions were so small—the guacamole was one chunk. I genuinely am so sad I live here and this is my only chipotle cause it’s AWFUL.

Chipotle is our go to place for lunch. We've been to Chipotle restaurants all throughout California and this restaurant is the worst restaurant I've been to. There are McDonald's restaurants that offer better service and better food portions. Customer service is way below average. This location doesn't represent the Chipotle brand in a good way. Management and ownership need to consider improving.
