Best eatery if craving veggies, yum! Fresh, well-balanced bowls and healthy juices. Glad I found this place; just what I needed after a good hike. It's pricey, but everything was well-made and I appreciate fresh & delicious. So, 5 stars it is!

Overpriced! The warm bowls were just OKAY! It’s true that they use fresh ingredients but there was no much taste on them, and we tried 4 options in the menu.

They have a wide variety of bowls and salads. The sauce/dressing on my Tuscan bowl was delicious. It was warm and filling.

I found a dead fly in between my kale within my bowl that I was eating. I approached the attendant who made my food and she offered to remake it. However, the other lady working here, said “no” and said, “fly must have come from outside and flew into your food.” I explained, “There are no flies outside in the patio where we sat to eat.” The employee insisted that the fly did not come from the lettuce and insinuated that I must have put it in there. I said, “ all I want is for someone to to remake it my food, please.” I added, “I just paid $50 for food at this place.” The not nice employee said, “no” again. At that point, I said, “please take this bowl. I can’t eat it. I don’t want it.” Another nice male employee came out to apologize to me. I appreciated the nice lady and nice man working there trying to make things “right.” However by this time, the damage was done. I had lost my appetite and didn’t want a replacement bowl. In addition to the mean girl working here and accusing me putting a fly in my food, a customer in the establishment proceeded to tell me that I was “wrong and was making a big deal out of nothing.” I told her “no one implied that you were lying. No ine implied that you put a fly in your food and then refused to remake it after you had paid for it.” By now, I had two people attacking my integrity and character. I felt horrible and had to hold back my tears. As I was typing this up, another nice gentleman that worked here came out to apologize to me and offered me a refund for my bowl. In closing, words have a lot of power… think about it. We all have the power to be kind to others and make them feel good. All it takes is a small and kindness. At the end of the day, I am walking away with peace in my heart and my integrity because I was kind and polite to everyone. I am blessed. ?

It’s overpriced and the employees take way too long to make the orders….despite there being 4 of them. We got our drinks 30 minutes later. Also, the poor employee was trying to stock items and was on the ground fighting with the drawer. Please get some new drawers, she made a scene grunting and trying to do her job. Açaí You Smoothie was not good, tasted like nothing… waste of money.

I tried it three times, I wanted to love it but its overpriced for what it is. Some items are yummy, but they consistently skimp you on the good stuff (meat and cheeses) even when you pay extra for them. I paid for extra goat cheese twice and got two barley visible crumbles in the salad. Its basically just lettuce and dressing. Smoothies are not very good.

We went to get some fresh pressed juice and left with juices that were delicious and the Spring Roll bowl which fed two people easy.

I've been going to Elixir Superfood and Juice for a bit now as I live basically down the street.

I placed an online order, as I normally do. I showed up after 25 minutes to pick it up. It wasn't ready.

The person at the counter proceeded to make food for three people who walked in right after me, without looking at my order. When I asked about it she said she hadn't started it yet, even after seeing me standing there for 5 minutes waiting. She was beginning to make an order for a fourth person who had just walked in. There were three other employees doing prep work and ignoring the line.

I pointed out to her that if I had just walked in and ordered I would have gotten my food, but because I ordered online 30 minutes prior she basically chose to ignore it. I was the only online order (there was a singular ticket on the wall she referenced).

When she finally got around to making it and send me on my way she hit me with a snarky "buh bye" on the way out. I walked out to my car, turned around, and returned my $27 salad. No lunch for me today and I spent half my break dealing with these clowns.

What a dump. It's basically a place only second homeowners from SoCal can enjoy. Avoid.
