The smoked tri-tip is excellent. It is flavorful and tender. We purchased a pound of tri-tip with spicy and regular bbq sauce on the side. We sat out front of the shack and indulged eating our tri-tip on sourdough bread from the local bakery. Our German Shepard enjoyed some free end pieces, thanks to the proprietor. Everyone loved the meat including the dog.
We bought some food here and ate it by the lakeside. It was so delicious and good
Out of town Wisconsinite needing some good BBQ grub and this place definitely satisfied the craving! Pulled pork sandwich was amazing and the tri tips very tender! Thank you and great job cooking!
